MemberGood evening Sylvia and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.Just to set expectations, the scope of our support is mostly to get our customers started on the right track and to help them in case of issues.
We unfortunately do not provide complete support for customization.
With that in mind, what you will want to do is to put a conditional in place based on the ticket count.
You can read about that here: https://theeventscalendar.com/customizations/
If coding is not really your cup of tea, you could always hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have unfortunately.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

I would love to help you with this topic.I know Community Events doesn’t support WPML, but what are the restrictions? Does it just post in English? or does it not work at all? Would it be possibly somehow to make it post only in French if it does somewhat work?
What this means is that there is absolutely no integration for now on our end.
That also means it only posts in the default WPML language by default.However, if you are up for it, some of our users have been able to achieve some level of customization for it that might proove satisfactory for you too: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/automatically-duplicating-added-event-calandar-items-on-publish-with-wpml/
I have a Events Calendar pro set up and am using the list view but for some reason there is no space after the province (before country). This also happens when I have a postal code (see attached).
Most likely this has to do with the theme you are using.
The good news is that this is probably fixable with a bit of CSS.I would need to see a “live example” of an event on your site to help out.
Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Hang in there!

MemberGood evening Marek and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.The short answer is yes.
There are a couple of ways to filter by category name:- Using the proper URL https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-categories/
- Getting a copy of our awesome Filter bar add-on: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-filterbar/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

I would love to help you with this topic.I totally see what you mean.
This actually comes from Avada’s CSS.I am not sure what the reasoning is behind this, but it might be simply related to the fact that the Events Calendar uses “archive” pages.
Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:
@media only screen and (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 1.5), only screen and (min-resolution: 144dpi), only screen and (min-resolution: 1.5dppx) {
style.min.css?ver=5.2.2:1
.fusion-standard-logo.fusion-logo-1x {
display: inline-block !important;
}
}@media only screen and (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 1.5), only screen and (min-resolution: 144dpi), only screen and (min-resolution: 1.5dppx) {
style.min.css?ver=5.2.2:1
.fusion-standard-logo.fusion-logo-2x {
display: none !important;
}
}You might have to tweak things a bit as this comes from http://bsia.wpengine.com/wp-content/themes/Avada/assets/css/style.min.css
I would also recommend reaching out to the Avada folks. They really do a great job at integrating with the Events Calendar and will be interested in learning about this.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood morning Gaspar,
Thank you for writing back.
I believe that you are right unfortunately.
We do require these 3 plugins specifically to integrate with WPML.I wish I had a better answer for you, but as you can see, this is the only way for these 2 highly complex plugins to play nicely together.

August 25, 2017 at 9:21 pm in reply to: Conflict between Events Calendar and Woocommerce variations #1340609Geoff B.
MemberGood evening Genevieve,
Thank you for writing back.
First off, I would like to apologize for the delay answering.
We are currently experiencing a higher level of requests than usual.Please rest assured that we are working hard at correcting this situation.
We appreciate your patience while we try to normalize things.With your theme I was able to edit variations without a problem.
This means that we need to track down what plugin is causing a conflict.The best way to do this is to:
- Keep your theme
- Deactivate all plugins except for the Events Calendar, the Events Calendar Pro, Event Tickets Plus and Event Tickets + WooCommerce
- Reactivate the other plugins one-by-one until the variable product editing breaks.
I realize this can be a tad tedious. But it is the fastest way to get to the bottom of the issue.
Perhaps a simple non-invasive solution would be to make a copy of your site on a local installation (try Local by Flywheel – it is fantastic).
Hang in there!

MemberGood evening Fernando and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.There are a couple ways to do this: CSS, extension and even view customization.
I would recommend trying out the following 2 articles as a starting point:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/removing-export-links-event-views/
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/remove-ical-and-google-calendar-links-from-single-event-view/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!
