WPML doesn't translate the Recurring events/Event series

Hello,

I have a problem with the Calendar plugin and WPML 3.7.1 (current version) in the Duplicate events which have Recurring events/Event series, that they show only the first instance. Only when I press Translate independently, and click through all the times, they appear in the list. Can it be fixed somehow please, that it works straight from the Duplicate?

We are sorry to hear about the issue you have bumped into while using WPML alongside our plugins. I would love to help you with this topic.

If you have not already done so, I would recommend reading and using the following guides:

As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Normally, as long you follow the instructions to the letter, recurring events should generate on their own.

With that in mind, you might have to do 1 extra manual step when you edit a series of recurring events.

Thank you for the links, I checked through the description, and it seems it might be the problem that I don’t have the “WPML String Translation” and “WPML Translation Management” plugins? Unfortunately I only have the basic version of WPML.

Thank you for writing back.

I believe that you are right unfortunately.
We do require these 3 plugins specifically to integrate with WPML.

I wish I had a better answer for you, but as you can see, this is the only way for these 2 highly complex plugins to play nicely together.
