ParticipantI have an issue where some events are showing tickets for purchase on the front end and some are not. The first 2 images attached are of an event that does not show tickets. The last 2 are of an event that does show tickets. I can’t see any difference between them or figure out what is going on. In fact now all events tickets I create do not show tickets on the front end.
Also the calendar is acting weird in that some events show ok but others show a broken icon instead of the image when hovering in month view. All of the broken image events also show as a teal color rather than the category color on the calendar.

MemberGood evening Clinton and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the tickets not showing up on certain events.
I would love to help you with this topic. The most likely cause of that would be if the tickets in question have a start sale date.
Simply put, the tickets will not show up until that date is met.Removing the start sale date usually fixes this issue.
Otherwise, would you mind sharing some screenshots of the Edit ticket screens for some of the tickets that are not appearing ?
As per the other issue, would you mind providing me with a specific example (I could not find one). Perhaps an event in the very distant future (to hide it) ?
Hang in there!

MemberReally sorry about the delay, Clinton. Geoff has been out this week and though we should still have responded this unfortunately slipped through the cracks.
Go here http://staging1.waterbirth.org/events-calendar/ and you’ll see the events hovers display fine but navigate to September and you’ll see all of the images are broken.
That is weird!
I notice that the problem is the staging1 subdomain is missing for the image URL (after navigating by ajax). Do you have custom code in place somewhere that dynamically adds that subdomain, or anything of that order?
It seems odd that there would be a seeming mix-up of staging and live data if not.

ParticipantThanks for the response. No there isn’t any custom code.

ParticipantAny ideas on how to solve the missing images issue?

ParticipantAs Barry the staging1 subdomain is missing for the image URL (after navigating by ajax) for any images after the current month in the monthly calendar view. I’ll be pushing the staging site to production soon so the issue will likely not be a factor on the production site but of course there will another staging site stood up as soon as that happens.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
