MemberGood evening Haley,
You are absolutely right.
To work properly, our different plugins need to have “matching” versions (released more or less around the same time).Another way to achieve that is to “freeze” the version of our the Events Calendar plugins to the last version of Filter Bar you have (3.9.0 in your case).
But, to your point, I think the benefits of the newer versions of our core plugin outweighs “freezing your WordPress environment”.
Kudos on figuring things out.
Is there something else I can help you with ?
Have a good weekend,

MemberGood evening Jane,
Yes, you can control that with CSS.
Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:
#tribe-events .tribe-events-grid .tribe-scroller {
height: 810px !important;
}Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Jeremy,
As promised I followed-up with our dev team.
Since the WPML team asked us for access to the Filter Bar repo, we have not heard back from them.Hopefully they will come up with something super simple.
As you know, our next target for compatibility with WPML is the Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus combo.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have unfortunately.
Have a good weekend,

MemberGood evening Ben,
Thank you for writing back.
Alas know, that snippet was meant to bring the attendee info to the CSV export after an update a while back. If I am not mistaken that snippet is no longer necessary.
So in short, unfortunately at this point, there are only 2 options available:
- Wait for the extension to be updated
- Take on the customization yourself or with the help of one our recommended customizers
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Gaspar,
Thank you for writing back.
Sometimes things can get sticky with WPML.
What I mean by that is that you really need to force a refresh of things for all updates to be performed. Before anything a database backup is always recommended.
Head over to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting page.
Once you are there, you should see several cleanup buttons. I would recommend:
- Clearing WPML cache
- Click on the different buttons in the first section to “force” language assignment
- Re-save your permalinks
- Clear any cache from a caching plugin (if any)
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Kendrick and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the out of installs message creeping up on you.
I would love to help you with this topic.Currently, the licenses seem to be tied to …server-44e8b518.c.pantheon-dmz.internal/
I believe that going through the following articles should help you fix the issue:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,
