Good evening Jane and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.

The answer is yes. You can do that with a bit of CSS.

Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox: https://gist.github.com/GeoffEW/badc00e12c439fb2bd8c050b98b481a2

Let me know how that goes.

Good evening Cheryl and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.

If I understand correctly, you are mostly interested in making sure that the image takes the full width of the image container. Can you confirm ?

The simplest approach to this is to make sure you are using images that all have the same ratio (which typically requires a bit of editing before publishing).

Another solution would be to give the following approach a shot: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-photo-view-to-equal-height-grid/

Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

Good evening Patrick and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about that you bumped into this error message.
I would love to help you with this topic.

This is usually a temporary glitch (typically when we are doing some system maintenance).
    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    It should be working now.
Please let us know if that is not the case for any reason.

    Best regards,

    Bonsoir Pascal,

Merci de nous écrire et bienvenue dans nos forums.

Comme première étape, vous serait-il possible de partager vos informations système (voir le lien ci-dessous) ?

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

But if a mak a direct link, it is the same as the masgter agenda page

Vous pouvez offrir des liens direct, mais normalement, ça ne devrait pas être nécessaire.
Tâchons de trouver ce qui cause le changement d’URL fautif.

    Salutations,
    Geoff B.

Good evening Ken and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about the difficulties you are experiencing while trying to get the QR check-in to work on your installation. I would love to help you with this topic.

As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

Secondly, could you tell me what is the user role of the WordPress user you are testing with ?
For the QR check-in to work correctly, this user needs to have Edit Post capabilities.

    Hang in there!

Good evening Al and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.

The simplest way to do that is to head over to Events -> Settings -> Tickets and look for the Location of Tickets form option.

Let me know how that goes.

Good evening Fernando and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!

Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.

I’m trying to make an event with tickets that people can buy online, but I’m only seeing the option of RSVP instead of Woo Commerce.

To achieve this, you will need to grab a copy of our Event Tickets Plus premium add-on: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/

Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

Good evening Alyson and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.

    You can absolutely do that.
There are 2 ways to go about this:

    1. Using a min/max WooCommerce plugin (there are a few out there)
    2. You could apply the following snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top): https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/5b57df71be8b52f595817ddbf81acdab

Let me know how that goes.

Good evening Jeremy and welcome back,

There is some development regarding that integration.
It is not ready yet, but the WPML dev team is looking at the plugin as we are speaking to help with compatibility.

Let me follow-up to see if I can get a more precise update of the state of things.

Hang tight as I do that for you.

    Good evening Reda,

    Thank you for writing back.
I am sorry my suggestions did not yield better results.

As a side note, we can totally continue this conversation in French if you prefer.

The next thing I would recommend is updating your plugins to the latest version to see if that helps (you are one update behind according to your system information).

If that does not help, by the sound of it, it looks like there is some type of conflict at play.
    This is usually because of:

    1. A conflict with another plugin
    2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
    3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating

When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.

A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.

The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.

Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:

    1. Make a backup of your database
    2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)

Let me know how that goes.

    Good evening Bart,

    Thank you for writing back.
I am sorry these steps did not yield better results.

Something else worth trying is to change the main calendar slug under Events -> Settings -> General (e.g.: from events to calendar)
Make sure you save your permalinks after any of these changes. Otherwise you will likely get Page not found messages.

One thing that is important to know is that there cannot be a “real” page that has the same slug as the main calendar.
This is because our calendar does not create a “real” page to display the calendar, but it still needs exclusivity on the slug.

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.
