MemberGood evening Mister,
I believe I might have some good news.
The following steps seem to fix the issue:- Please update to the latest version of the Events Calendar (4.6), the Events Calendar Pro (4.4.17) and WPML (3.8.2)
- If required, head over to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting page.Once you are there, you should see several cleanup buttons. I would recommend:
a) Clearing WPML cache
b) Disabling language switcher cache
c) Using ALL the cleanup buttons on that page
d) Re-saving your permalinks
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing on your site while using WPML alongside the Events Calendar.
I would love to help you with this topic.
The very first thing I would recommend is making sure you are setup exactly as explained in the following guides:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-the-events-calendar-with-wpml/ – there is a new section on time and date format on this one. I also recommend switching to directory-based language URLs instead of using ?lang= . If nothing else, this is much better SEO wise.
Secondly, I would recommend updating to the very latest version of WPML (3.8.2).
Once that is done, normally, the issue should be gone.
Let me know how that goes.

I would love to help you with this topic. You could apply the following snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top): https://gist.github.com/andrasguseo/29903a974cb84060957881c17613c278
You can also use the following approach as an alternative: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-the-wording-of-any-bit-of-text-or-string/
Let me know how that goes.

I would love to help you with this topic. In some cases you need to add context to that snippet. Try the following snippet instead: https://gist.github.com/andrasguseo/29903a974cb84060957881c17613c278
Another approach would be to create a view customization. You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
Let me know how that goes.

We are sorry to hear about the events tab disappearing on you.
I would love to help you with this topic. It sounds like for some reason the Events Calendar (free) is not active.
Both the Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Pro need to be activated for things to work properly. If you are having issues getting it to activate, you could simply delete the Events Calendar plugin (manually or through the plugins page) and reinstall it from scratch (no events will be lost in the process).
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Josep and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions. Can I have two different calendars in the same site? I need a calendar for general events and a separate calendar for offline courses.
That is a great question.
You can actually work around this: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/can-you-have-multiple-calendars/You might also be very interested in our upcoming new project which would let you do precisely this (among other things). I recommend subscribing to the newsletter: http://m.tri.be/19qc
Also I need a system to register users to the courses. Is there any addon for it?
Simple registration can be handled by our Event Tickets plugin: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets/
If you want to make this transactional, you will need Event Tickets Plus to integrate with a WordPress ecommerce plugin such as WooCommerce: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/
And a good course search form, to filter by date / category / tag / ….
Sounds like you will love our Filter Bar add-on: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-filterbar/
You might also be interested by one of our bundles: https://theeventscalendar.com/bundles/ to get the best possible value.
Have a great day!

I would love to help you with this topic. If you are using SiteGround as a hosting company, I have personally found their built-in SG cache to be quite impressive (results are as good as WP Rocket in my experience). The only downside is that you have less control over what it does specifically.
Other than that, I have use the exact the Events Calendar Pro + WP Rocket + Siteground combination very easily.
You just need to make sure you test everything if you are using some of the Javascript AND CSS related settings (in fact WP Rocket advises you to do just that).
Let me know how that goes.

We are sorry to hear about the struggles you have been going through with licences.
I would love to help you with this topic. You might also want to read this article: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/
I am guessing that you will need to remove the license keys from your dev website directly Events -> Settings -> Licenses and not only on theeventscalendar.com
Let me know how that goes.

When translation file strings are not kicking in, it is usually caused by one of the following things:
- Your translation files are not up to date
- You are using some customized translation files that have been placed in the /wp-content/languages/ or /wp-content/languages/plugins/ folder. These might not be updated and will override any other file.
- The strings are translated, but are considered “fuzzy”
In the first 2 cases, the solution is to update your translation files using the pot file. You can do this by using the Poedit software and heading to Catalog > Update from pot file.
In the last case, you will need to make them “unfuzzy” using Poedit.
For the record, the string in question will look like “%1$s for %2$s”

I would love to help you with this topic. What is going on is that your license is still tied to your dev install.
I believe the following article will help you fix this: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/Let me know how that goes.
