Major kudos on this one! You are right. On some installs, using WPMail does not result in sent tickets.
The good news is that we are working on enhancing our WooCommerce email integration even more. You will be notified as soon as this is the case.

I would love to help you with this topic. As it turns out, we just updated our knowledge base to cover that very topic:Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-the-events-calendar-with-wpml/
Look for the translating date and time format section.
Let me know how that goes.

We are sorry to hear about the 500 error message creeping up on you. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic. If you have not already done so, I would recommend going through the following:Â http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/
Secondly, can you tell me if this happens when you are updating normal events or recurring events ?
Finally, can you tell me if the issue persist if you Try temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen ?
Hang in there!

I would love to help you with this topic.I believe that what is going on is that the H2 are receiving the CSS rules from your theme (at least it looks like that).
You should be able to fully control that with the tribe-events-page-title CSS class.
In order to gain full power on your site’s look and feel, I would highly recommend reading the following articles:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-google-chrome-developer-tools/
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/changing-fonts-and-colours/
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/styling-events-widgets/
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Finally, would you mind confirming that you are simply wanting to reduce the margin below “Events for week of September 25, 2017” ? If not, would you mind expanding on what you are precisely looking to do ?
Hang in there!

MemberGood evening Ivan and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing with the month view.
I would love to help you with this topic. The first thing I would recommend is taking a look under Events -> Settings -> General to see if you have any duplicate venue or timezone issue (buttons to fix these issues would appear if that is the case).
If that is not the case, Try temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
Finally, as a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

The simplest way to “delete” the table would be to have transparent borders to that table.
If you prefer, you can even completely customize just any view (including tickets). You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
If you require a hand to get started on either of these, as a first step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

I would love to help you with this topic.I highly recommend reading the 3 following articles on translation:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/how-to-override-plugin-language-files/
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/incomplete-translations/
Basically, this should enable you to submit any fix to the italian language you want to (which I am sure all italian-speaking users would enjoy) as well as give you the ability to override any string you want with your own custom translations.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood afternoon Jennifer,
Thank you for writing back.
There are 2 things I would recommend to get things working for your users:
- Do a string search with “event” while being in the Custom capabilities tab of the editor role. As you will notice, not all options are stored under the Events tab.
- If that does not role, try restricting the role of the editor to only one (editor). In the example you provided, you can see that the user is both a Subscriber AND an Editor. This dual role can cause issues.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,
