ParticipantHi. New user here. Using Events Calendar Pro and Event Ticketing Plus. Have created first event and three ticket types for that event. Have placed a test order for tickets and paid using PayPal. Payment notification from PayPal have been received. Order is showing in WooCommerce with a status of Completed. No tickets have been received by email – have tried twice with the same result – everything looks fine other than the tickets aren’t received.

ParticipantOn checking the WordPress email settings I can see that there is no Email Recipient nominated but when clicking on the email configuration icon, there is no option to add a recipient. See screenshots for clarification. Tickets are set to send on order status of Processing.

ParticipantInstalled Easy WP SMTP and that fixed the problem.

Major kudos on this one! You are right. On some installs, using WPMail does not result in sent tickets.
The good news is that we are working on enhancing our WooCommerce email integration even more. You will be notified as soon as this is the case.

Just wanted to share with you that a new release of our plugins is out, where we fully integrated the ticket emails into the existing WooCommerce Emails (WooCommerce > Settings > Emails)
