    Dear Support,

I just updated our Event Calendar to the latest versions – Event Calendar, Event Calendar Pro, and Filter Bar.

    https://laclinicahealth.org/calendar/

However, when I go to test the calendar and I click on an individual entry – to learn more – I am redirected to a 404 page and not the page with the event details. Can you please advise?

    Thank you, Erin

Good evening Erin and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about the 404 message you have been getting. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic.

I just went ahead and took a look at your website.
Fortunately, it looks like the problem is now gone. Can you confirm?

If that ever happens again, I would recommend trying the following solutions: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/fixing-http-404-errors/

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

Our programmer fixed the issue yesterday. It was an issue with the upgrade installer that was corrupting a file(s) somewhere in the /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/ directory tree but it works fine for clean or new installs. So we had to uninstall and reinstall by clicking ADD NEW, instead of via FTP.

    Thanks for your reply!
