    Hi Simon,

    We wanted to let you know that we were able to release a fix for the issue you reported about events not showing in Month View due to timezone settings. Please update to The Events Calendar 4.3.5 when you have the chance and definitely let us know if you continue to experience the problem.

    Hi Mohamed,

    We wanted to let you know that we were unable to provide a fix for the issue you reported here about events being unable to be imported by the Google Calendar app on an Android phone. As it turns out, this is actually a known issue with Android itself which means it is something we are unable to fix on our end.

    Thanks for the heads up on this so we could look into it further and find information that will be helpful to others who might find themselves in the same situation.

As it turns out, this is actually a known issue with Android itself which means it is something we are unable to fix on our end.

Our team did spend a considerable amount of time looking into the issue of Daylight Savings Time not being taken into consideration with an iCal file export but were unable to replicate the issue after many repeated and individual tests.

    We are still interested in pinpointing why the behavior exists in this case but it will take some more digging to properly diagnose whether the issue exists in all cases before we can plan a release for a solution.

    In the meantime, we would really appreciate it if you would update your plugins to the latest versions and test whether the issue persists. If it does, then it would be great if you could run through the steps outlined in this guide and let us know if you notice and difference in behavior when your site (or a separate test site, ideally) is in a default WordPress environment.
