MemberHi hikeitbaby! Nice to see you again and sorry for the trouble here with calendar exports.
I just tried exporting the calendar events on your site from my phone (both Android and iPhone) and everything seemed to work. Is this still an issue for you? If so, will you please send me the steps you’re taking to get to the issue and perhaps that will help me create it on my end as well?
Thanks so much!

MemberHey there, thanks for getting in touch!
Unfortunately, no, the calendar cannot be embedded on other webpages or sites via iframe or other scripts at this time. There is a plugin called Event Rocket (not supported by us here) that does add multiple shortcodes to embed the calendar in other pages of your site. However, it cannot be used to embed the calendar on other sites.
RSVPs are certainly possible–I would recommend checking out our Eventbrite Tickets add-on. Don’t get hung up on the “tickets” portion of it–Eventbrite allows free registrations for events and ties directly into Eventbrite.com, which has a ton of reporting tools for your events.
Does this help answer your questions? Please let me know. π
Cheers!

MemberHi there, fiberartnow! Nice to see you again and sorry for the trouble here.
For the organizer email, I do see the email on the front end of the site. For example, I see it on this event. However, I see that the link has been removed from the address. Have you made any customizations to the plugin that would cause that to happen? I do see in the source code that several of the plugin’s CSS and JS files have been replaced, so I wonder if something happened there along the line?
The image upload thing is definitely strange. I haven’t been able to recreate the issue on my setup, but that doesn’t mean it’s not an issue. A few things I would check:
- What is the file size of the image being uploaded? Is it all sizes of images, or just large ones? If it’s large ones, is it possible the file size is larger than what your host will accept?
- Are there any permissions on the WP uploads directory that would prevent files from being uploaded?
- Are you using the latest versions of all Modern Tribe plugins? I see you have The Events Calendar, PRO, Community and Filter Bar installed, so it would be worth checking that all three are up to the latest versions (3.9.3, 3.9.3, 3.9.1 and 3.9, respectively)
When it works, it works so slowly that many users time out before finishing their entry.
Shoot, sorry about the performance issues here. Slowness can be the cause of many things–such as plugin conflicts, theme conflicts and server settings. It’s a little tough to pinpoint the exact issue here without sone testing,
At the very least, I do think we need to run through our standard troubleshooting steps here to first find out if there is a conflict with the theme or one of the other installed plugins. Let’s start there and see what we find. From there,Β we will be able to tell whether something needs to be resolved, or more testing is needed.
Thanks!

MemberHello Jan! Thanks for getting in touch and sorry for the trouble here.
I do see that we have already ticketed this issue on our system and expect it to be released in the next version. I’ve added this thread to that ticket so we can try to follow-up with you when that’s been released.
In the meantime, it’s worth noting that the issue only affects default permalinks. So, for example, if you head to Settings > Pernalinks and select a different option (i.e. Post name), then this should go away.
I’ll go ahead and close this thread since we don’t have more to share at this point, but will certainly try to follow-up with you here as there’s more to report. Keep you eyes open for the next release. π
Thanks and sorry again!

MemberHi Nicole!
I’m so glad the Filter Bar is up and running but am sorry to hear about the Month View.
Can you elaborate a little more on what’s wrong with Month View? I was able to access it here, but maybe you can let me know exactly what to look for that’s not working right for you.
Cheers!
GeoffP.S. I’m going to move this thread to our PRO forum since the Filter Bar issue seems to be resolved. Same URL, just easier to find. π

MemberSweet! I’m so glad that did the trick–thanks so much for confirming.
I’ll go ahead and close this thread but thanks again for reaching out and please feel free to hit us up with a new thread if anything else pops up. π

MemberHi Stephen!
I hear what you’re saying, but I’m not sure we’re seeing this as a bug at this point. Once the event is “in progress” it will is seen as as past event rather than an upcoming one, and that’s the behavior we’d expect right now.
If you have another thought on how this could or should work, please do share it on our UserVoice forum–this is where we take new feature requests and we’d love to see your idea in there for consideration.
Cheers!

MemberThanks for giving that a shot!
Just one more thingΒ before we get into some deeper troubleshooting: are you using any plugins that handle redirects? Or have you made any changes to your .htaccess file that would have an impact on redirects?
Cheers!
