Hello. We’re a public library, a 501(c)3, that has been using the Pro plugin for over a year now. We actually bought it before we learned of your offer special free license for non-profits.

Our paid Pro license expired recently and we have been wanting to inquire about the free Pro license for our organization. The recent cross-site scripting attacks have made this renewal more of an urgent matter. We want to upgrade to the latest possible release quick. If we apply for the non-profit license will that key drop in and immediately allow us to upgrade our existing Pro plugin or will we need to start over with a fresh plugin? How long does the application process typically take?

    Thanks.

Hi there, digitalservices! Welcome to the forums. 🙂

Good question. The non-profit program sounds like something you should definitely check out. If accepted, you would definitely be able to drop in the new License Key right away if you wish, or continue using your existing license until it expires.

The application process can vary, but typically takes about two weeks.

Does this this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂

    Cheers!

Hello! This thread’s been quiet for a couple weeks, so I’m going to go ahead and close it. Please feel free to start a new thread if you still have questions here and we’d be happy to help. 🙂

    Cheers!
