MemberHey there.
Good question. You can change the label in the /src/views/modules/details.php template file. Sounds like you’ve worked with our template overrides in the past, but here’s a link to our Themer’s Guide in case you need an additional reference to how they work.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberMy pleasure, and thanks for following up!
The Events Calendar does not require anything in index.php in order to work. In other words, I can completely wipe out the markup in the default Twenty Sixteen index.php file and the calendar continues to function as expected.
I hope this helps! Keep me posted if any other questions pop up and I’d be happy to help.

MemberThanks for following up, @mcon!
Are you able to take a screenshot of the ticket settings for the 3/14 event? i’m looking for something like this that will show me what the settings are for the tickets of that events so I can try to replicate the issue on my end.
Thanks!

MemberThanks for the feedback, David. That’s exactly what we’re working on and what I hope came across in my last reply. 🙂
I’m going to go ahead and close this thread since we now have two workarounds for it in addition to a ticket in our system to roll this feature out in a future update. If there are any other questions or comments, please do feel free to hit us with a new thread and we’d be happy to help over there.
Thanks!

MemberHi there, @mcon!
Sorry for the trouble here with tickets. Would you be willing to send me a screenshot of the ticket settings for one of those events? I haven’t been able to replicate the issue on my test site, but want to see how you’ve set up the tickets for one of those events and try to recreate it using the same settings.
Thanks!

MemberHi Pat,
I just wanted to follow up here to let you know that this should be fixed in the latest versions of the plugins:
- The Events Calendar 4.1.0.1
- Events Calendar PRO 4.1
A few of us here on the team tested this out using the latest versions and all appears to be working smoothly. Please do hit us with a new thread if this continues to be an issue for you and we’d definitely be happy to look back into it to see what’s up.
In the meantime, thanks for your patience here and for letting us fix this with you!

MemberHey Darren and welcome to the forums. I hope you’ve been enjoying The Events Calendar and PRO so far. 🙂
Good question. If there’s a specific page template from your theme that you would like to use instead of the current event template, you can change that in Events > Settings > Display (screenshot). Â That would be the simplest way to change the layout, using one of your existing page templates.
The other option is to customize the event template itself, which is totally possible in our system. It sounds like you may not be totally comfortable touching code, but we do have a thorough guide that walks through the steps of customizing a layout, should you want to go that route.
Will this help you get started? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHello Jeong  and thanks for getting in touch!
The Avada theme includes customized calendar templates, so the layout is going to be much different in Avada than it is on our demo site. If you want to change the layout, you do have three options:
- Remove the custom templates from the theme. There is a folder in the theme directory called tribe-events and in there should be a template called single-event.php and another folder in there called modules. You can remove those and the layout should default back to the original layout.
- Customize the templates further. Avada has done a great job customizing the calendar layouts, but you can always go into those templates and rearrange things to tailor them to your specific needs. We have a Themer’s Guide to help with that and I’d recommend checking it out before getting started.
- Contact Avada for assistance. The templates in the theme are custom to the theme, so reaching out to Theme Fusion (the team that makes Avada) for help with those customizations might be the best route.
Will one of these options work for you? Please let me know.
Cheers!

MemberHi Henry and welcome the forums!
I think the best way to go about it is to create two different tickets: one that includes lunch and one that does not. Event Tickets Plus allows you to create an unlimited number of ticket types per event, so that gives you the flexibility to have both types of tickets in the same event.
Does that make sense and will that work for you? Please let me know.
Cheers!

MemberNice work, Jen! I’m really, really stoked to hear that things are both working smoothly again and that you’ve been loving the plugins so much. That does mean a lot to me and the rest of the team here at Modern Tribe, so thanks a ton for following up and for the kind words. 🙂

MemberHi Kevin,
Sorry for the trouble!
It sounds like The Events Calendar was updated to the latest version, but Events Calendar PRO was not.
If you are unable to update Events Calendar PRO to the latest version, then I would recommend downloading the past version of The Events Calendar that was previously there and installing that in its place. You can find links to all of our previous versions here and then use this article as a guide for how to install it.
Cheers,

MemberGreat question, Rachel!
I’m afraid that neither The Events Calendar nor Event Tickets will send a notification to the admin when someone registers for an event.
However, the plugins will send the admin a notification when a new order goes through.
Will that work for you? Let me know if you have any other questions and I’d be happy to help. 🙂
Cheers,
