MemberHey John
That is correct. Using just Event Tickets and Paypal means you won’t need WooCommerce.
WooCommerce connects with many other payment gateways beyond Paypal, so it’s still a good fit for many. Likewise, QR code checkins and a few other features remain only available in Event Tickets Plus.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberCan you send in your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ for us to review? Do you have a working version of your site available for us to view the link?
Thanks

MemberHi Paul
Sorry about any confustion. Events Calendar Pro licenses all cover just 1 year of support and updates. The difference in prices reflects how many domains you can install the same license on. Does that help to clarify?
Thanks

MemberHi there Vincent
So sorry for the confusion.ย We sent an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key.
Can you go to My Account ยป Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin.ย You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar plugin active as well.
Then get your license key https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, and go to Events ยป Settings ยป Licenses to enter it.
It looks like you tried to do this, but in the Event Aggregator field instead.
Let me know if this works now.
Thanks

MemberHey John
Facebook has been changing access on a day to day basis lately, even for approved integrations such as Event Aggregator. We are working to find a solution with them, but until then, you can see our current status at https://theeventscalendar.com/event-aggregator-status/. For now, no event integration can leave Facebook.
The interest in an event method had worked for a while last week. When you create the event, you can RSVP to your own event in Facebook as interested or going.
An event feed in Facebook would be something like https://www.facebook.com/pg/DowntownCburg/events/
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Jason
At the current moment, it is not possible. Facebook has been altering what their API permits, causing different levels of success on a day to day basis. We are hoping to see some of this resolved quickly. Until then, you can check the status at https://theeventscalendar.com/event-aggregator-status/.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Thanks

To check on the status of Facebook imports, please see https://theeventscalendar.com/event-aggregator-status/. We are hoping this can be restored as well.

MemberHey there John Paul
So sorry that it wasn’t clear. We recently rolled out new support in Event Tickets to integrate directly with Paypal. You can read more about these new features at https://theeventscalendar.com/complete-free-ticket-sales-solution/.
Do you receive our newsletter updates? We shared the news in the newsletter after the launch.
Thanks
Courtney ๐April 16, 2018 at 6:27 am in reply to: How to use Events Calendar PRO Widget in External Websites. #1508072Courtney
MemberHi Ivรกn
At this time, The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro widgets can only be used on the site hosting the calendar.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Our newest product, http://loxi.io, might have a solution to offer. Rather than hosting events on your website, events and the calendar would be hosted on http://loxi.io and embed code is provided to place the calendar on your site. You could provide this code to other websites to use as well.
Check out a demo account of Loxi. It is fully functional and free to get started.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi there!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum.
We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
โข If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
โข If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! ๐
If you think sorting blog vs event post tags is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there. I’m not sure that it’s technically possible as events are custom post types, and therefore share some features of posts.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHi John Paul
We operate on a 2-3 week release cycle for both maintenance and feature releases. A maintenance release usually includes bug fixes, while feature releases add new functionality. We have a tentative maintenance release scheduled for a few plugins on April 17. However, this sometimes gets bumped back a day. I can’t really make promises about what all will be included in that release either.
It looks like most of our plugins won’t see a feature release for the rest of this month.
That leaves only potential hotfixes, things we aim to avoid having to do, as a possibility. These are updates deemed worth an unplanned update to resolve ASAP. Hopefully we’ll be free of those.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
