MemberHi Taryn
Event Tickets Plus requires that you install an e-commerce plugin to process payments. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads. Read more about each option’s features and payment gateways. You can review each to see if the payment gateway you prefer is included.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Dermot
When I view your site’s Javascript errors, I can see that the Google Map API key as not been found. Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors#Step_3:_Diagnosis
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/ has the steps to get this set up. Do note, if your theme has a spot for an API key as well, these can sometimes conflict.

MemberHi Raffaele
We’re limited in helping with styling customizations, per our Scope of Support / Terms.
But a few tips to help you carry this further include:
- Start by modifying what you can at Appearance » Customize » The Events Calendar.
- We generally don’t recommend that you change the theme or plugin’s CSS files directly, as they will be overwritten. To avoid this, follow the steps outlined in Themer’s Guide
- Use overriding CSS files, or add CSS to your site using Appearance » Customize » Additional CSS.
- Use !important before a semicolon to override every css rule. It’s a brute force method, but works for quick fixes.
- Please check out this Customizing WordPress #2 – Using Chrome Developers Tools YouTube video in addition to our Using Chrome Developer Tools tutorial on how to easily make changes using CSS.

MemberHi Tim
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
We are actively working to see if we can find a way to get this restored. You can see our progress at https://theeventscalendar.com/event-aggregator-status/.
I am so sorry this has impacted you.

MemberHi Cary
We do not have a featured for sticky events in List View. If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or up-vote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.
It is also possible with a customization.
You could modify the Event List Template following our themer’s guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
…and add a custom query in there to show recently published events.
We’re limited in helping with styling customizations, per our Scope of Support / Terms.

MemberHey there
That’s a great question. But, I’m not sure myself. Can you check in with our purchasing representative by emailing this request to support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com. We might be able to work something out.
Thanks

MemberHi Carolina
We do not have integration to measure outbound links like that. However, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager can achieve this for you I believe. https://www.google.com/analytics/tag-manager/ may be a good place to start. I believe you can set up a click trigger that will measure what you’re after.
Thanks

MemberHi Jimmy
By default, our organizer page does not include a way to add a map view. An example of an organzier page is on our demo site: https://wpshindig.com/organizer/kimberly-villareal/
We’re limited in helping with styling customizations, per our Scope of Support / Terms. But if you’d like to carry this further by customizing it yourself, please see our Themer’s Guide. It will help you start this without compromizing plugin updates and functionality.

Please send an email to support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com, linking to this thread. Our accounts manager can walk through the necessary steps to transfer ownership of the license over to the new owner.
Thanks
