MemberHey Bryan
At this time, our REST-API integration resides solely in what is available in The Events Calendar free plugin. We do not yet have support for Event Tickets or either of their premium plugin counterparts. We do hope to expand our coverage there, but do not have release dates ready to share for that information yet.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/introduction-events-calendar-rest-api/ is our guide on Rest-API integration. Check it out, along with what you can do with TEC and see if we are a good fit. If so, please let us know how you further develop things for your needs.
Thanks

MemberHi there!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
โข If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
โข If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! ๐
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHi Tom
Yes – CloudUp is a tool we use to quickly share screenshots. I took a picture of what the front end of Community Tickets would look like for you.
Install/activate Event Tickets, Event Tickets Plus Community Events along with an e-commerce plugin, and Community Tickets.
Then view the “Submit an Event” page. This will appear for you as an administrator in the top WordPress bar in your browser under “Events”. By default, it would be at yoursite.com/events/community/add. Then at the bottom will appear the ability to add multiple ticket types as shown in my screenshot.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-community-tickets/ can walk you through setup as well.
Thanks

MemberHi Sarah
That is correct. You can use one license, whether personal, business, or other, for a year. That covers you to use the license on the specified amount of domains for one year with updates and access to these premium forum help desk support areas. After that time, you can continue to use the plugin, but will not receive updates or support without renewal. This is true of all of our products except Event Aggregator or Loxi. Neither of these will work without a valid license.
Thanks

MemberHey D
Advanced Post Manager is a sorting tool for administrators on the back end of the “Events” area in WordPress. It does not reveal anything publicly.
However, filtering by users on the front end is possible with Filter Bar. You can see it in action on our demo site: WP Shindig Demo Site https://wpshindig.com/events/. It is the 2nd row at the top.
Check that out and let me know if you have more questions.
Thanks

MemberHi Asha
Awesome. I’ve applied the extra months on to the Sept renewal which now puts that into May.
When you are ready for other product renewals or purchases, do check out our non-profit program: https://theeventscalendar.com/apply-for-npp/.
Thanks

MemberHi Nadja
Can you use this link to direct users to the calendar for just June? https://stollberg-feiert.de/events/2018-06/. That can be used in your menu or elsewhere. Will this work?
Thanks

MemberHi there
So sorry for the confusion.ย We sent an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key.
Can you go to My Account ยป Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin.ย You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar plugin active as well.
Then get your license key https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, and go to Events ยป Settings ยป Licenses to enter it.
It looks like you tried to do this, but in the Event Aggregator field instead.
Let me know if this works now.
Thanks

MemberHi Tim
You can see an example of a venue link on our demo site: https://wpshindig.com/venue/mavenlink/. From single events, you can click on the venue name to discover the link.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
