β’ If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
β’ If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! π
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHi Fabiano
You can use the same license on up to 3 domains if you use the Events Calendar Pro business level license. The business license is a single transaction on our end. Does that help answer your questions?
Thanks

MemberHi Ruben
After your subscription expires, the plugin will no longer receive security, bug fixes, or new feature updates and you will no longer have access to the support forums. The plugin will continue to work as it stands at your last update before expiring.
To deactivate auto-renewal, please see https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/subscriptions/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Stu
Events Calendar Pro and Community Events are separate plugins. Both require our free The Events Calendar plugin, but do not require each other. Events Calendar Pro only allows for users that have access to the back-end interface to add events, while Community Events allows for either public visitors or logged in users to the front-end to create events.
At this time, we do not have a demo of the back end.Β However, you can see a demo of the front end of our products.Β Read more about this at WP Shindig Demo Site https://wpshindig.com/events/.Β Do you have a demo, examples I can see, or trial licenses?
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Shanda
All our plugins except Event Aggregator will continue to work if the license expires. You will no longer have access to support or updates. Event Aggregator will not work without a subscription.

MemberHey Vera
Event Tickets Plus requires that you use an e-commerce plugin to handle payments. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.Read more about each optionβs features and payment gateways.
However, we recently launched a new feature in our free plugin, Event Tickets, that will allow you to connect to Paypal for payment processing. https://theeventscalendar.com/complete-free-ticket-sales-solution/

Also, this is a 3rd party plugin that we did not create or maintain. You can request support for it at https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar-shortcode/.

MemberHi D
Advanced Post Manager is and I believe always has been limited to working with Events Calendar Pro. It used to reside within Events Calendar Pro but the features of APM were later bundled into it’s own plugin.
Learn more about how to use features like saving filters for faster sorting in our guide: Filter and sort events with Advanced Post Manager.

MemberHey Danielle
Events Calendar Pro is exclusively a WordPress plugin. This means your events would be entered on your own self-hosted WordPress site.
You can see the features of pro in use at WP Shindig Demo Site https://wpshindig.com/events/. Do note, this has most all of our plugins installed and activated. The 2nd bar at the top is Filter Bar, and is an additional purchase. On single events you can save events to your personal Google Calendar. Likewise, you can see in the lower right of the month view how to export the whole calendar to your Google Calendar.
Events Calendar Pro does support recurring events and additional widgets and shortcodes.
Event Aggregator is our service that interacts with importing Google Calendar.
However, we’ve also just launched https://loxi.io/, which does not require WordPress to work. Check out a free account over there.

I’m so sorry about that. Can you submit an application again at non-profit discountΒ by completing the form at https://theeventscalendar.com/apply-for-npp.
β οΈPlease Note: Licenses granted through this program do not include access to support. If you need in-depth support, please consider purchasing a regular license.
