MemberHi Tom
I misspoke, and must apologize for that.
https://cloudup.com/cpiNmByFlEP is how multiple tickets can be created with Community Tickets.
You’ll be notified of your refund request soon.
Thanks

MemberHi Jolene
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
You could try the week view which shows times a bit better, or possibly this extension: https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/schedule-day-view/.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberSure thing Marcie. Happy to get this working for you.
Thanks

MemberOh Jeff, I’m so sorry about that.
I do think https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pdf-invoice-setup-and-customization/ is probably the best bet for this. However, I’d suggest the footer contact link on that page to confirm that this would meet your needs.
Sorry I don’t have a more definite answer, but this would be beyond our scope of support really.
Thanks

MemberHey Steve
That would be the case. I’ve logged this as a bug and will notify you as soon as we have a solution available
Thanks

MemberHey Mike
I’m checking into this. So sorry for the lack of display. It will load, but very very slowly. That would not be the case with this plugin on your own site. Our developers have been nudged to repair the slow load times on our demo. Please try again and let it load for a while.
Thanks

MemberThat is the right place Jack! It sounds like things are working for you now. Can I close out this thread?
Thanks

MemberHey Sharon
When you purchase your own license for Events Calendar Pro and enter it on your site, your events will remain in place. No need to recreate those. That’s a huge relief.
Your login and password for our site will be created as you purchase the plugin. It will then send you an email with the new license key as well.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey there
We are a bit limited with additional customizations, per our Scope of Support / Terms.
However, I’d love to put together an additional tutorial covering deeper integration examples. Could you submit that idea to our suggestions site? http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Regarding the confirmation emails, we do have a bug report filed for that. We will notify you here when we have an update available to resolve this.
Thanks

MemberHi Wei
That is what I was thinking might be happening. Events Calendar Pro‘s recurring events does not work with tickets perfectly at this time. Our default message when you try to create a ticket on a recurring event says:
This is a recurring event. If you add tickets they will only show up on the next upcoming event in the recurrence pattern. The same ticket form will appear across all events in the series. Please configure your events accordingly.
The events on https://yorkshirebakingclub.com/calendar/category/baking-courses/ follow the expected pattern for recurrence with tickets.
Does this make sense?
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
