    Dear Events Calendar Team:
    We are looking for a way to produce automatic/ on request invoices from the events sold via your plug-in. Is there any extension / upgrade / plugin capable of generating invoices from the tickets sold with you plug-in? Would the plug-in “PDF Invoices” for Woocommerce work ? Thank you for your help.

    Hi Jeff

    You should have received an email about that. Can you head to https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/ and view your Recent Orders? From there, you can select print this invoice or save as a PDF.

    Hi Courtney,

    Please, check back the question. We are referring here to invoices for the people who has paid for events sold via event ticket plus. We would like to have automatic invoices when clients purchase the events. How should we proceed ? Thank you for your help

    Oh Jeff, I’m so sorry about that.

    I do think https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pdf-invoice-setup-and-customization/ is probably the best bet for this. However, I’d suggest the footer contact link on that page to confirm that this would meet your needs.

    Sorry I don’t have a more definite answer, but this would be beyond our scope of support really.
