Actually I logged a case and your colleague is liaising with me but after converting the thread to private, I am unable to login.
My current “Event Calendar” used to run by our website agency but now they stop servicing us. We are planning to upgrade our Event Calendar Pro version but we do not have their login and password to login in. I would like to purchase new license ($89 package) but I am not sure whether if I replace the license key, will my previous calendar in my website be removed.
Can I just replace the new license key for Event Calendar Pro in the plugin setting?
After I replace the new license key, can I use my new login and password to proceed the upgrade version or I need to deactivate the plugin and activate again using the new login and license key?
