GuestHello,
We are interested in Event Tickets Plus for our current Event Calendar. Can we set up a phone call and a possible demo with an agent to discuss?March 20, 2018 at 9:55 am #1484155Courtney
MemberHi Jill
I’m sorry to say we do not offer phone support or demo versions. You can test out The Events Calendar and Event Tickets for free.
We also have https://wpshindig.com/event/event-tickets-plus-demo/ as an example on the front end of the site.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

GuestHi Courtney,
Thanks for sending this. The client we are considering this for is a hospital who already uses the Event Calendar for community wellness classes. They are looking for the extra functionality of allowing people to select and register for a class online, and pay for the class where it’s applicable. However, some of their classes are free and some are drop-in. In this case, how would we handle free “tickets”? Also, we are concerned the idea of a “ticket” for a free and/or drop in event might deter people. Is there a workaround? What do you recommend?March 23, 2018 at 9:13 am #1487033Courtney
MemberHey Jill
Event Tickets offers an RSVP option which cannot process payments It is ideal for free events. You would still check people in at the door. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/managing-your-orders-and-attendees/
You can test that for free. It also now works with Paypal exclusively. https://theeventscalendar.com/complete-free-ticket-sales-solution/ This may meet your needs. If not, Events Calendar Pro will work. It requires you also install an e-commerce plugin. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.Read more about each optionโs features and payment gateways.
You can make one event with multiple ticket types (RSVP and paid tickets) that can share a total quantity of available tickets.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Mike
I’m checking into this. So sorry for the lack of display. It will load, but very very slowly. That would not be the case with this plugin on your own site. Our developers have been nudged to repair the slow load times on our demo. Please try again and let it load for a while.
Thanks

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
