ParticipantI need the calendar to display the times next to the event. Is there a way to do this?

MemberHi Jolene
By default, the times do not appear exactly as you are describing. You can see the views on our demo site: https://wpshindig.com/events/. Check out the “View As” and check out list view, week view, etc. to see if these might meet your needs.
Also, you can hover over the events in month view to see if the way that the time displays could work.
If you are code savvy and interested in customizing this yourself, our Themer’s Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/ is the starting point to learn how to do this without risking plugin update conflicts.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

ParticipantNot sure why it would be standard on a calendar view not to show times, even microsoft calendars show times. We have events that start at the same time on the same day. This is really not convenient for clients. I may need to request a refund on this plugin.

MemberHi Jolene
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
You could try the week view which shows times a bit better, or possibly this extension: https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/schedule-day-view/.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
