MemberHi Umit
I’m so sorry that we are currently unable to meet your needs like this.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
If you are interested, we could exchange the remaining time for another plugin.
Thanks

MemberWow, I’m so sorry about that. I am escalating this ticket for more testing. Until then, you can continue using the plugins without activation. It does mean we can’t see your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ without you manually copy/pasting it, and new updates must be manually performed. However, the plugin and it’s features will continue working as they are when you last installed the plugin.
I’ll keep you posted on our testing.
Thanks

MemberHi Tilman
Can you add the following code to your child theme, or in Appearance ยป Customize ยป Additional CSS?
.tribe-events-single ul.tribe-related-events .tribe-related-events-thumbnail img { width:150px; height: 110px; }Let me know if that is what you wanted.
Thanks

MemberHi Cindy
Thanks for that update. It sounds like your browser settings are set to unzip files automatically. We see that happen occasionally, but most browsers do not unzip files immediately. It sounds like you didn’t have Event Tickets Plus installed but do now. I’m happy you’ve got it working.
Thanks

MemberHi there
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Facebook recently announced a range of changes (https://newsroom.fb.com/news/2018/04/restricting-data-access) to their APIs (the protocols we use to โspeakโ to their servers and retrieve event information) which are having an effect on a number of our users.
As part of this, a number of new restrictions were applied to their Events API, which is the specific protocol Event Aggregator uses in order to import events, organizers, and venues. These changesย went live with little noticeย to providers such as ourselves. At this point, it does not seem possible to reliably import any events, even if you created and โownโ events on Facebook and have linked Event Aggregator to Facebook using those same credentials.
This is frustrating for you, and for developers like us.ย As Facebook continues to alter what it allows us to access, we will continue to pursue a path forward for Event Aggregator to import Facebook events.ย We will continue to keep https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy and https://theeventscalendar.com/event-aggregator-status/ updated as this unfolds.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks

MemberHi Tilman
I might be able to help you with this. Can you clarify, are the images you want resized the main one at the top of the post, or the related posts below?
Technically, these image sizes are determined by your theme. We do not determine how large a featured image on your event is displayed.
Thanks

MemberHi David
You can get an example of all of our features on our demo site: WP Shindig Demo Site https://wpshindig.com/events/.
All the requests you want are possible. However, our list mode would take people to individual events on your site. You could refer to our Themer’s Guide to customize how the list mode works. This would require a fair amount of coding on your end to achieve, but it is possible.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it at http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHello Cindy
When I looked at your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/, I didn’t see Event Tickets or Event Tickets Plus activated. Can you confirm that they are installed AND activated in Plugins > Installed (and Woo as well).
Can you go through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?ย I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.ย
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).ย
If you are unable to do so, please install the Health Check plugin so that you can effectively disable all plugins without website visitors noticing any changes. See https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/#troubleshooting for how to do this.
Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard ยป Updates).ย
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHey there, you can find your new license at My Account ยป Licenses https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys.
Please let me know if this validates.

MemberHi Kerry
Event Aggregator is built into The Events Calendar but can’t import anything beyond .csv files without a license. That does look correct. I’m going to get some more help on testing your ics file and share an update with you soon.
Thanks

MemberHey Grace
You may want to use the mini calendar widget shown in the top right of this page: https://wpshindig.com/event-widgets/. Notice you can advance the calendar forward/back and dots display on days that have events.
Assuming you donโt want to run a second WordPress installation in this subdirectory, this would be a no out of the box.
You could request this as a new feature at our pluginsโ UserVoice page https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/4353565-add-support-for-the-calendar-in-a-subdirectory-lik
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
Thanks

MemberHey William, can you please share your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ as a private reply here? It will help us to better diagnose what may be happening.
Also, can you look for any Javascript errors on the Events > Settings > Licenses page Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors.
Thanks

MemberHey Angela
Can you give this extension a try and let me know if it helps you hide those unused times?
