MemberHello Tamara
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?Β I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.Β Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard Β» Updates).Β
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi Mitchell
Can you confirm that you have events older than a month already created?

MemberHi Steve
Unfortunately, Filter Bar will only work on the Events page at this time, and cannot be added to other pages.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/17840326-make-filter-bar-compatible-with-shortcoded-calenda.

MemberHi Jacky
In Using One License for Live and Dev Sites https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/, we do specify which domain structures that we currently support for staging sites.Β
If your site doesn’t match the criteria, you can still use the plugin.Β You will need to manually run updates, the license may not register (or you could register it there while building and later Move Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/.Β If you need to contact support during that time, please manually send in your System Info.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Jen
Our views on other pages/posts can be added with Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes. You might want the widget list view on a full page as an option. You can also see on these pages the ability to limit it to 10 or any other number of events showing.
Give it a try and let me know what you think.
Thanks

MemberHi Carlos
[tribe_events_list limit="10"]
That shortcode should work for showing a list of 10 events. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/#event-list-shortcode
However, it won’t truly be “past” events. Unfortunately that is not a feature we have.

MemberHi Bob
Can you send me a screenshot of the settings for this event? I’d like to review these settings.
Thanks

MemberHi Chris
Recurring events are those that are scheduled to repeat on a set frequency. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-recurring-events/
If you set the event to span multiple days vs being a recurring event, it should work out fine.

MemberHi Saikat
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-photo-view-to-equal-height-grid/ should get you a bit closer to the desired effect. Let me know if that helps.

MemberHi Sanjay
When you disabled all other plugins and used a default theme, did our plugin still produce the same errors?
Could we see for a live example (even if that’s a ‘test event’ in the future)?
Thanks

MemberHi Frans
We suggest using a staging server or duplicating your site to a sub-directory on your host while making these changes. Unfortunately, weβre limited in helping with styling customizations, per ourΒ Scope of SupportΒ /Β Terms.
If you’d like to find a developer to do this for you, I’d suggest our Find A Customizer guide.
Thanks

MemberHi Herve
We recommend doing this by duplicating your site to a sub-directory or better still, using a staging site to test these situations. Please let us know what the test results find. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to troubleshoot further without these tests.
Thanks

MemberVery interesting David!
To help us test this issue further, can you open a new thread and post the System Info of both sites?
That would be a huge help.
Thanks
