MemberHi Timothy
Would you mind enabling WP_DEBUG and sharing any PHP errors you see while navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket?
Once you share your WP_DEBUG findings, we may be able to get an idea of any plugin or theme conflicts.
Please enable WP_DEBUG on your site. You’ll need to edit to your site’s wp-config.php file and change this line of code:
define('WP_DEBUG', false);to this:define('WP_DEBUG', true);
(or add this line of code if you can’t find mention of ‘WP_DEBUG’ in your wp-config.php file)If any errors do appear while navigating your site’s pages, please copy and paste them in their entirety into a new ticket reply — along with the URL of where you saw the error(s) — and make sure you set it as a Private reply.
Finally, please check for Javascript errors: Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests. To help us troubleshoot, can you provide us with a database dump?ย https://codex.wordpress.org/Backing_Up_Your_Database.ย Please upload your file to Google Drive or something similar and send us a private reply with a link to download it.
I can then escalate your information along to our developers for more testing on this bug report.
Thanks

MemberHello
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?ย I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.ย Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard ยป Updates).ย We recommend doing this on a staging server.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests. If so, also send in the link to your .ics file for us to test with.
Thanks

MemberHi Sheryar
The good news is that Events Calendar Pro is not required for Event Aggregator to run. Event Aggregator will import images from Facebook events and assign them as the featured image in the post. However, I don’t believe Facebook natively handles recurring events.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi James
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.

MemberHi Frans,
A simple workaround would be to make use of a different page besides events. We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes. You could use those on any post/page you create.
Another option that displays widgets on single events is to test how your page looks when you change these settings: Events ยป Settings ยป Display ยป Events template and switch this to default page template.

Would either of these work for you?
Thanks

MemberHi Herve
I’m so sorry about that. Unfortunately, we are unable to ensure compatibility with all plugins. Please let us know how the hunt for replacements goes.

Did you attach the image via email? If so, we can’t receive that. Please visit the forum and upload it from that location. https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/switch-license-to-new-site/.

I know it can be a bit of a pain to do this, but your dev process for updating is valuable. Too often we see clients not willing to try updates or to get a sandbox site to test with.

MemberHi Ron
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-aggregators-import-limits-work/ might help you out. The good news: you are totally safe. We count based upon the number of scheduled or manual imports, not based upon the quantity of events. Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
