We are pleased to announce the immediate availability of The Events Calendar 18.104.22.168, which resolves an issue impacting some Event Aggregator users whereby imported events could inadvertently be duplicated.
No other changes were made to any other areas of the plugin and we apologize to anyone who might have been affected by this issue. If you were impacted, we would recommend downloading the following plugin to help clean things up:
It’s in the regular plugin zip format, so simply visit the plugin admin screen, click Add New then upload and activate it. It may take a while for it to complete cleanup (or it may be near instant, depending on how much work it needs to do) and you’ll know when it’s finished because an admin notice will appear telling you as much:
