MemberHi Grace
I’d like to first clarify what might be happening. I see you posted this in the iCal Importer forum. We discontinued this product a year ago and replaced it with a more powerful option, Event Aggregator. However, I don’t see a license for either of those products on your account.
Next up – can you confirm what timezone your website is set to? Settings Β» General Β» Timezone.
Thanks

MemberHi Anne-Marie
I see 2 licenses for Events Calendar Pro:
events-calendar-pro Personal Expiration: 2018-09-15
events-calendar-pro Personal Expiration: 2018-06-21Is that what you would expect to see at My Account Β» Licenses https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/? Can you visit that link and confirm that the site producing the error has one of these licenses activated on it?
Thanks

MemberHi Elizabeth
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.

MemberHi Regina
I’m so sorry you are having this problem. However, I am not aware of MidAltantic Leadership Training Institute.
Our company provides a way for website owners to create events on their website calendars and create tickets for those events. We do not actually create events or sell tickets for events.
I do hope you find what you are looking for.
Thanks

MemberHi Shane
Unfortunately, we don’t have much control over the Default Page Template layout, as much of that relies upon your theme.
Some articles that may help you customize this to work better are:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/template-overview/
Is there something more specific on the default page template layout that I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Chris
I’m confirming with our developers, but based upon the code I see, it looks like Event Aggregator will import up to 2 years into the future.
Do you have any other questions?
Thanks

MemberHello Jan
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?Β I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.Β Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard Β» Updates).Β
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi Michael
In Using One License for Live and Dev Sites https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/, we do specify which domain structures that we currently support for staging sites.Β
If your site doesn’t match the criteria, you can still use the plugin.Β You will need to manually run updates, the license may not register (or you could register it there while building and later Move Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/.Β If you need to contact support during that time, please manually send in your System Info.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

Your screenshot also seems to hide the post content editor. That is odd.

Would you mind enabling WP_DEBUG and sharing any PHP errors you see while navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket?
Once you share your WP_DEBUG findings, we may be able to get an idea of any plugin or theme conflicts.
Please enable WP_DEBUG on your site. You’ll need to edit to your site’s wp-config.php file and change this line of code:
define('WP_DEBUG', false);to this:define('WP_DEBUG', true);
(or add this line of code if you can’t find mention of ‘WP_DEBUG’ in your wp-config.php file)If any errors do appear while navigating your site’s pages, please copy and paste them in their entirety into a new ticket reply — along with the URL of where you saw the error(s) — and make sure you set it as a Private reply.
Finally, please check for Javascript errors: Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi Richard
When we test it out, there’s no discernible problem
The volume and distribution of events are not worrying in any way, any reliable host should be able to deal with this (unless there are complicating factors that we’re missing)
That suggests there are other factors, like theme code or other plugins getting in the way — or else the hosting environment simply lacks the ‘raw power’ needed.
Do you have a hosting account with a different provider (or perhaps you can trial one for a month) and see if you hit the same issues there.
Thanks

MemberHi Ron
That is correct. Basically Event Aggregator would stall anything else scheduled until the 24hr reset, which I believe is 5am PST.

MemberHi Stephanie
Sorry for the confusion.Β It looks like you don’t have Events Calendar Pro active on your site.
Can you go to My Account Β» Downloads and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin.Β You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar plugin active as well.
Then get your license key, and go to Events Β» Settings Β» Licenses to enter it.
It looks like you tried to do this, but in the Event Aggregator field instead.
Let me know if this works now.
Thanks
