ParticipantHow do I link the Events Calendar Pro with my new site? I disconnected it from the old site that it was on but I don’t see a way to link the new site on the License Keys page.
I just want to be sure that the version I’m using on my new site is the Pro version since I am paying for the paid version. Let me know what I need to do to link the site and the pro version, I think I’m just using the free version now.

ParticipantSee attached wordpress screen – there doesn’t seem to be a place to enter the license key in the plugin. There is something about an events aggregator, but I’m guessing that’s different – and in any case, it tells me the license key is invalid. Perhaps the problem is that my developer downloaded a free version of the events calendar? I don’t want to start over from scratch because I have a lot of events already entered and it would be a lot of work to re-enter!
Also – the reason we’re going through this is that everything seemed to work with the free version EXCEPT that venues aren’t displaying, so I thought perhaps I need to get the pro version up and running in order for that to work. Is that true?

MemberHi Stephanie
Sorry for the confusion. It looks like you don’t have Events Calendar Pro active on your site.
Can you go to My Account » Downloads and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin. You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar plugin active as well.
Then get your license key, and go to Events » Settings » Licenses to enter it.
It looks like you tried to do this, but in the Event Aggregator field instead.
Let me know if this works now.
Thanks
