MemberHi Krissi
Unfortunately, I don’t have any specific dates to offer, but our developers are actively working on this issue now. We will let you know as soon as a fix is available.
Thanks

MemberHi Richard
We do not have our own way to delete all events, but many customers have used https://wordpress.org/plugins/bulk-delete/ successfully.
We haven’t had other customers sharing this issue. Are any of your events lasting a very long time, like for years?
To help us troubleshoot, can you provide us with a database dump?Β https://codex.wordpress.org/Backing_Up_Your_Database.Β Please upload your file to Google Drive or something similar and send us a private reply with a link to download it.
I can then escalate your information on to our developers for more testing on this.
Thanks

MemberHi Nick
We are looking into this issue still. There is a chance that setting the imports to every 30min is causing EA to pull in from cache vs Google Calendar. Can you swap to at least every 6 hours instead, or longer, and let me know if that impacts the results.
In the meantime, I am flagging this thread for further attention. We have a bug logged that sounds very similar to this, and will update you as soon as we have the fix available.
Thanks

MemberHi Nick
Event Aggregator does import events. The part where people pay for tickets involves Event Tickets Plus with WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.Read more about each optionβs features and payment gateways.
The other option if you are using Eventbrite Tickets is to process tickets there.
Does that help?
Thanks

MemberHi Robyn
I’m not entirely sure. However, a better place to get support for that would be at https://revolution.themepunch.com/.
At this site, we only provide support related to our products/plugins, which do not include Rev Slider. So sorry about that. I do hope you find the answers you are looking for.
Thanks

MemberHi there!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
β’ If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
β’ If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! π
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHi Frans
The best starting point for this sort of work is out Themer’s Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/ β but essentially you would probably want to override and customize our default-template.php template (and also set Default Event Template as the template to use from within the Events > Settings > Display screen).
Thanks

MemberHello Ed
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?Β I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.Β Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard Β» Updates).Β
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi Harry
Unfortunately at this time, imports only work from the current date and forward.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
I will say, I’m not familiar with Facebook’s API limits on our ability to retrieve previous events.
Thanks
