    Hello

I’ve read several articles about Google Maps and its API settings here on support forums, and did get API key, and have problem of google maps not showing in event view at all, got just gray placeholder.

I have BeTheme by muffingroup and use their buddled revolution slider and event calendar PRO plugins, mostly in basic forms. I can’t get maps to work anywhere. In console tab, i don’t have any indicated errors, and on google dashboard i can see that there was some kind of submision received but can’t see what data was sent.

BeTheme also has an option to use API key for google maps but i aam nopt using any maps besides event calendar plugin. Can you suggest me something?

    Thanks in advance

    Hello Tamara

Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?  I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.  Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.

Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates).

Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.

    Thanks
    Courtney 🙂

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
