MemberHi Noah
Good question. The word “Archives” is actually coming from either your theme or another plugin.
One thing you may want to try is to head to Events > Settings > Display and make sure the calendar template setting is set to “Default Events Template” (screenshot).
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/altering-or-removing-titles-on-calendar-views/ is our guide to help you override those settings.
Thanks

MemberHi Luke
I would love to share those details. However, at this time we still don’t have a firm date to report. We will update the UserVoice link that you shared as soon as we have information to share.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Heather
We do have a way for visitors to subscribe to the entire calendar. You can take a look at this in the lower right corner on our demo site: http://wpshindig.com/events Exporting events as an .ics file will keep the calendars updated in an ongoing way via the calendar on their phone, computer, etc.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Kim
You’ve reached the best place for support with us. I’m sorry you weren’t getting the answers that you need. Is there anything I can help you with?
Since you were not logged in here, I am unable to locate your previous support requests.
You can send an email to support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com regarding swapping licenses.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.

MemberHey there
Sorry for the confusion. You should’ve received an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key.
Can you go to My Account » Downloads and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin. You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar plugin active as well.
Then get your license key, and go to Events » Settings » Licenses to enter it.
You may have tried to do this, but in the Event Aggregator field instead. It really helps us better diagnose what might be happening when you share your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ with us.
Let me know if this works now.
Thanks

MemberHey Pete
Can you tell us the email address associated with that account? I tried your current address and couldn’t find a user for it.

MemberHi Kamran
Yes, filter bar will work with photo view. You can see both working together at https://wpshindig.com/events/photo/. Do note, Filter Bar does not work with shortcodes at this time.
Thanks

MemberHi Jeffrey
Yes, it will import featured images.
It doesn’t work exactly like you might envision for categories. For that, I’d suggest using shortcodes. We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes with Events Calendar Pro. These shortcodes can be filtered to only display the category that you want.
The other method would be to set a menu link to the sorted category. https://wpshindig.com/events/category/wp-meetups/ is an example on our demo site of all events within a category. That link could be added to your navigation menu instead of going to just /events if you prefer.
Does that help?
Thanks

MemberHi Lara
Can you edit the ticket and save it again and see if there is any difference.
If for any reason, you disabled the inventory management for the ticket product, the product stock would go to 0 (zero), thus showing the Sold Out message.
This could be an inconsistency in the ticket product stock vs the ticket capacity.
Thanks

MemberHi David
We’ve had several users come to us lately with https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar-shortcode/ (and its pro version) believing that is our plugin. That is not the case. It is not created by us, but by a 3rd party. https://eventcalendarnewsletter.com/
I believe the issue you are seeing is from them. Can you confirm?
Thanks
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberHi Salvatore
Both of our free plugins should work together. If you find that isn’t the case, please submit a report on the support forums for each The Events Calendar https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/the-events-calendar and Event Tickets https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/event-tickets.
Please confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! 🙂
Thanks

MemberHi Tim
I am sorry that you feel this way. The Events Calendar and all our other plugins provide a great value to our users, and we are committed to providing the best service and ongoing development. With your annual renewal, you will have access to our help desk as well with a typical 24-48hr weekday response time.
You might find https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicate-tec-event/ to meet your needs. It isn’t truly a recurring event, but this 3rd party plugin will duplicate one event many times. It still will involve some manual work on your end to create each repeated event, but all the content will be duplicated.
Please let us know if I can assist you further. I do hope you find a solution for your needs.
Thanks

MemberNo worries John. I’m glad this worked out. I’ll close out this thread for now.
