I added “events” for Valentine’s Pottery Painting Gift Certificates. Even when I refresh the $50 and $75 gift certificate options show are not able to purchase on both on my laptop and cell. Thanks for your help

January 29, 2018 at 12:27 pm #1439151CourtneyMemberHello
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).
Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates).
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

January 30, 2018 at 11:00 am #1439959larajdesignsParticipantHi Again courtney,
Sorry I was mistaken, it is showing on the pages themselves, but still not on the main events page: http://www.themadkrafter.com/events/On Valentines $25 and $50 you will notice the 50 says sold out even though it isn’t. I troubleshooted by deactivating the other things but did not notice a change. Thanks

I’m sorry to hear that things still aren’t working for you!
Can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?
As far as your emails go, you can have the system send tickets from any chosen email address by simply installing, configuring and testing the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/
Using a real SMTP server with authentication will bypass the built-in WP mail functionality altogether.
Please make sure you configure and test the settings using the plugin’s built-in tool.
Let us know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

February 6, 2018 at 6:31 am #1445020larajdesignsParticipantHi Courtney,
Here are the screen shots, you can see that on the event “feed” page it says sold out, but if you click it and go to its individual page, it does not say sold out. It shouldn’t since say sold out since there are plenty left. When I changed theme and deactivated plugins except events calendar, it was still doing the same thing. Thanks!February 7, 2018 at 12:13 pm #1446786CourtneyMemberHey Lara
I do see that now in your screenshots, but as these events are today, I can’t seem to make them show. I am guessing your tickets were available through yesterday for purchase.
While there, I did catch another bug that we have that displays a -1.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch and we are actively working on a solution for this. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release. The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through. Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Were you able to test the sold out issue with Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/ and no other plugins except our active? We need to isolate this before we can proceed troubleshooting the sold out tickets issue.
Thanks

I edited the event so that it as open another day and change the theme, unforunately it still had the same problem:February 7, 2018 at 1:25 pm #1446883CourtneyMemberHi Lara
Is this the correct event? http://www.themadkrafter.com/event/50-valentines-gift-certificate/
If so, can you show me a screenshot of the admin interface when editing this ticket?
Thanks
Courtney 🙂February 8, 2018 at 6:47 am #1447592larajdesignsParticipantSure, here is a image
