MemberHi Kam
There might be a way to achieve that. We’re limited in helping with styling customizations, per our Scope of Support / Terms. We do recommend Find A Customizer https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/ if you’d like to hire someone to complete that task for you.
Thanks

MemberHi Dana
You’ll want to keep that file as a zip. Head to Plugins » Add New » Upload and upload the zip file. Once you have it installed, you’ll be prompted to activate it. Then double check your license, though I believe it will already be applied to your site with the plugin.
Thanks

MemberHi Jeffrey
You can apply for our non-profit discount by completing the form at https://theeventscalendar.com/apply-for-npp.
⚠️Please Note: Licenses granted through this program do not include access to support. If you need in-depth support, please consider purchasing a regular license.
You would want to set one site as your main site to add events, and the other to import those events. This will spare you an infinite loop of events being created.
With Event Aggregator, you can install your license on up to 10 sites. We count the imports for your daily limit vs. number of sites it is used on. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-aggregators-import-limits-work/
For Event Calendar Pro, it looks like a business license would be needed. Our non-profit program uses just a personal license. You can continue applying and see if we offer a solution that might work for you.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Lucas
When I visited your page, it very briefly showed the calendar and then hid it with the footer. What I was able to see looked like it was a shortcode embed of the calendar, and not the normal /events page that our plugin generates. Is there a chance this calendar is a shortcode embedded on a page? Our calendar does not require you to create a page.
When you go to Events » Settings » General » Events URL slug, where is the default calendar set to appear?
Thanks

MemberHi Ben
Sorry for the confusion. You should’ve received an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key.
Can you go to My Account » Downloads and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin. You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar plugin active as well.
Then get your license key, and go to Events » Settings » Licenses to enter it.
Let me know if this works now.
Thanks

MemberHey Tara! Always good to find a friendly face in here.
Are you tucking these links into the menu? If so, a workaround for now would be to use Filter Bar to make the link with the filters already applied: http://tinychefs.staging.wpengine.com/events/map/?tribe_eventcategory=99.
Or the same link without using filter bar: http://tinychefs.staging.wpengine.com/events/category/summer-camp/map/?tribe_eventcategory=99.
I do understand that you are aiming for showing filter bar with the camp category. Did you need help with the shortcode anywhere? Just making sure I follow all the details here.
How was the /camps link determined? http://tinychefs.staging.wpengine.com/events/category/camp/ is the expected category link, and Filter Bar does work there. I’m wondering if the permalink structure is factoring in to this. Or – is the /camps a page with a shortcode (where Filter Bar would not be expected to work)?

MemberHi Marian
The WPShindig logo you see above the calendar is actually part of the site’s theme as the header. See http://wpshindig.com/events for an example (this is our demo site).
Does that help?
While not ideal, one alternative could be to place the header inside Events » Settings » Display » Advanced Template Settings » Add HTML before event content
Test that out and see if it will meet your needs. Otherwise, check back with your theme developer regarding your header.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
