we want to copy a event to a additional date

Its difficult for me to write in english, but I hope anybody can understand what I want to ask…
I have build a lot of events with text, picture,location and additional infos. During the year, it will be “the normal process” in my organization that we want to make the same event at some additional dates.

How can I duplicate a complete event to another date without filling out the complete form? I buy a Calendar Pro license, because of the recurring events function but I don’t understand to handle this “problem”…
