MemberHi Brandon. Sorry to hear about this issue.
From what I’m seeing at that link, I’d guess it’s an issue with Google Maps. Do you have any other plugins (or even a theme) with mapping? We see conflicts with those things on occassion. If yes, please try disabling them and see if that gets the calendar to load.
If you find a conflict, please tell me about it. If you don’t figure it out, please grab your system information and pasting it here.
Make sure to use the “Set as private reply” checkbox to protect your private information from the public.
You can find the system info by going to WP Admin > Events > Settings, clicking on the “Help” tab, and scrolling down to the “System Information” box. (Or by going to [yoursite]/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=tribe_events&page=tribe-events-calendar&tab=help)
That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.

MemberHi Buzzpro. The author box at the bottom of your calendar is from your theme, not generated by The Events Calendar.
The main events page (the one you linked to) is technically a WordPress archive page so it’s likely your theme includes that author footer area on all archive pages.
You’ll need to contact your theme provider to inquire further… or you could just hide it via CSS or customize via child theme override if you know how to do that via PHP.
Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

MemberHi Jan. Thanks for the link. However, I’m unclear what your issue is. What exactly is the “submenu” part of the site you linked to? And what is it supposed to look like or do compared to what it’s actually doing? (Screenshots always help!)
With this additional information, I hope to be able to resolve your issue.
Thank you.

MemberHi Ryan. I appreciate your question and the desire to customize our plugins for your use. However, we cannot provide such in-depth customization help, per our Terms.
If there’s something else I can help you with, please update this ticket or create a new ticket if it’s a separate issue.
Thank you very much for your understanding. You are a valued customer.

MemberThanks. So it looks like you’re asking about the wp-admin Event editor screen.
FYI: Here’s some info about Organizers and Venues: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/venue-and-organizer-pages/
I’d ask that you try the method detailed in this previous answer.

October 28, 2015 at 8:46 pm in reply to: Pre-sales question: Recurring events in combination with costs #1019634Cliff
MemberHi Hans. Thanks for all your detailed questions.
Because you have so many specific requests (it’s good to know what you want!), it might be a good idea to just purchase it and test out all the things you need. We have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy PRO and/or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
Here are a few thoughts though:
- We have many filters so most text can be customized however you like. Reference: https://theeventscalendar.com/functions/
- Additionally, links could be removed via custom templating and/or CSS hiding. Many other display customizations could be made in this way too.
- You can make very complex recurrence rules. If you decide to try out PRO, you’ll be able to test if it meets your needs.
- Price ranges get created automatically when you create multiple tickets for an event. For example, you can create a “Child” ticket for $10, a “Senior” ticket for $20, and an “Adult” ticket for $30 and the event will display ticket prices like “$10 – $30”
- You may be interested in the Community Events add-on for things like users submitting events. You can even require users to be registered. However, none of our plugins handle the WordPress user registration process for you, since that’s part of default WordPress.
- Translations for the free “core” plugin (which you’re currently using) are managed by the WordPress translation team so any errors would need to be reported to them. FYI: https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/the-events-calendar/stable
Let me know if I can be of further help.

MemberHi Kevin. Thanks for first searching the forum before posting your own question — and even for linking to the close matches you found.
To be sure I’m helping you get what you want, could you be more specific? Are you wanting the fields hidden from the wp-admin post editor for Events? Or somewhere else? (Screenshots could help too.)
Thanks!

MemberI’m Cliff, not Geoff… no sweat though. 🙂
Could you send me some wp-admin screenshots (we’re not allowed to log in to customer sites) of the deleted events so I can see their published status (should be Trash, right?) or see when the last recurring date is (should all be prior to that venue’s closing date, right?)
And any other screenshots that may be helpful.
Thanks.

MemberIs http://rethinkdowntown.com/events/ using the current version of PRO (v3.12.4)?
When I visit that page, everything seems to be working just fine.
When I test v3.12.4 widget on my local site, each day that I click shows the correct day’s events so I’m unable to replicate the issue at this time.
(Note: it COULD display events that go into the next day, like an event from 10pm Oct 26 to 4am Oct 27 — that would likely show up on both 26th and 27th.)

MemberHi Jan.
Thanks for your questions.
I will answer your first question — about hiding free events from month calendar — but each separate question will require creating a separate forum ticket. I hope you understand this helps us keep things on track to best serve you.
So, to answer your first question, I created this plugin for you: http://cl.ly/1y1G2N2j0x1F
Download, install, and activate it.
It will add ‘tribe-event-free’ CSS class to free events and ‘tribe-event-paid’ to non-free events.
You can then target these events via CSS.
For your specific request, you can add this custom CSS to your site:
.tribe-events-month .tribe-event-free { display: none; }Please let me know how this works for you.

MemberHey there, mauitime (sweet name!)
I’m taking over this thread while Geoff is out.
If I understand your issue correctly…
http://mauitime.com/venue/closed-ritas/ is the link to your venue that is now closed
I do see “Upcoming Events” at that venue’s page, all of which are recurring.
Maybe you could edit each of those recurring events to be stopped as of the date this venue closed (i.e. delete all future occurrences).
Please let me know if that solves the issue for you or if there’s something else I’m missing. I look forward to helping you resolve your issue.
Thanks!
Cliff
MemberWilliam, are you referring to the “Events Calendar” widget:

or the “Events List” widget:

???
Cliff
MemberHi Jamie. Thanks for your interest in our Facebook Events add-on to The Events Calendar.
I believe you’ll find the information you’re looking for at the add-on’s New User Primer help article. It states, “Note: The Facebook Events API only enables automatic import for Pages and Organizations. Profiles and Groups will not work with Automatic Imports, but can be manually imported.”
Both Automatic and Manual import methods are discussed at that link.
Let me know if I can help with any other Facebook pre-sales questions.
Also, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

MemberHi Dave. Sorry you’re having this issue.
Unfortunately, I cannot provide you service via this forum, since it is only for paid subscribers.
You can use the WordPress.org plugin’s forum. Please review the pinned “notices” tickets at the top of that forum before posting there.
Cliff
MemberHi William. Thanks for the link to your site. It’s always good to have.
However, I’m not sure what the issue is, exactly.
Could you more thoroughly explain what you ARE experiencing vs what you’re EXPECTING? Screenshots and specific dates help (as you might say “today” and it’s not until “tomorrow” that I view your reply).
I look forward to hearing back from you.
Thanks!
