Cliff
MemberHi Justin. Sorry that happened. I reported it to the site manager.
I’d suggest you complete checkout twice — once with the bundle pricing and once with all the other stuff you want to purchase.
Thanks for your business and sorry for the inconvenience.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
Cliff
MemberHi. Thanks for your question.
Event Tickets Plus is our paid add-on plugin that upgrades the functionality of our free Event Tickets plugin.
Event Tickets Plus enables you to sell tickets via one of our supported eCommerce platforms. The free plugin only enables free RSVP-type tickets.
You can view our roundup/comparison of all the eCommerce plugins ET+ supports.
Our plugin uses your eCommerce plugin of choice, but your eCommerce plugin isn’t displayed for shopping pages. Please reference our Making Tickets KB article (screenshots are from an install using WooCommerce) for an idea how to create tickets for an event.
Site visitors would purchase tickets from each event’s single page/view (e.g. example.com/events/rogers-day-at-the-zoo/) — if there is an RSVP to submit or ticket to purchase.
I hope this info helps. Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi James. Thanks for your question.
If you’re asking about the Single Event view, look for do_action throughout https://github.com/moderntribe/the-events-calendar/blob/develop/src/views/single-event.php
If you’re asking about the archive views (e.g. Month, List, etc), please reference this plugin.
Let me know if you need anything else.

MemberHi. I’d suggest referencing https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Gravatars#Checking_for_the_Existence_of_a_Gravatar
You can test things with var_dump() too.
I hope you get things working with your customization. Please let me know how it goes.

MemberHi Adam. Thanks for reporting this. I have seen others report this issue but wasn’t able to reproduce it on my local testing site.
Would you please share your System Information? That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
Thank you.
Cliff
MemberHi. Thanks for your question.
We don’t have a data exporter, but you can export via WordPress Exporter or via iCal.
You can customize your site’s iCal feed via code like this:

MemberHi. Sorry you’re having this issue.
Here are a few thoughts:
1)
WooTickets is a legacy product that works with The Events Calendar prior to v4.0.
Event Tickets Plus is our current ticketing plugin that works with WooCommerce and The Events Calendar v4.0 and later.
2)
You said “when editing from the web page”… did you mean you were editing it in the wp-admin Event post editor?
3)
If you still haven’t figured out your specific issue yet, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

There are a LOT of console errors: http://cl.ly/1R3R2E0k1g0L

MemberHi Andreas. Yes, the Themer’s Guide is out of date in that regard. We have it on our to-do list to update it.
I’d suggest following along https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-additional-fields/
Please let me know if it doesn’t solve your issue.
Thanks!
Cliff
MemberHi David. Thanks for your question. Would you please provide a link to your event series and your wp-admin post editor settings for this event showing what you’re trying to exclude?
Thanks.
Cliff
MemberHi Keith.
On my local testing site set to Spanish, I set a Venue’s country and there was no “Spanish” choice in the drop-down — only “España”
And “Spain” didn’t output on the page.
Maybe you had your WordPress language set to English, set the Venue’s country, then changed your site language to Spanish?
If yes, maybe edit your Venue and save it with España.
Please let me know how things go for you.
