March 15, 2016 at 9:58 am in reply to: Since update to event ticket plus – tickets not getting sent on email #1089216
Cliff
MemberHi Sabatha. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
The emails get sent by default WordPress functions. Are other WordPress emails getting sent (e.g. password reset, new user created, etc)?
If those emails get sent but Event Tickets Plus do not, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this. (For example, you probably don’t need the Hello Dolly plugin active, not that it’s causing your issue.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi. Thanks for the detailed question.
One issue is that the link has a slash before the hyphen in “whats-on”:
http://flyingarts.org.au/whats/-on/artizpublictoowoomba/Please share your System Information, send me a screenshot of your Permalinks settings, and send me a screenshot of the artizpublictoowoomba event’s wp-admin Event edit screen (to see that event’s permalink).
That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.

MemberHi. Here’s a video on my iMac + Chrome. I didn’t see any “undefined” when I loaded or reloaded the page: http://cl.ly/300K0D3H0727
Have you cleared your browser cache, cookies, etc — or tried another browser?
Cliff
MemberThanks, John.
How are things for you, Edgar?

MemberNotice that http://hash.events/event/decibel-outdoor-festival-2016/2016-08-19/ (which does show up in http://hash.events/events/category/hard-music-hardtechno-hardcore-hardstyle/) has a map: http://cl.ly/1m3D0H0G2w3p
And that http://hash.events/event/emporium-festival-2016/2016-05-28/ is in the category, as desired, but its venue isn’t mapped: http://cl.ly/41231h1A0t3G
So you first need to get the map to appear at http://hash.events/event/emporium-festival-2016/2016-05-28/
I hope that helps.
Cliff
MemberNo worries. Glad it was a simple fix!

MemberThanks for your system report.
I see you have The Events Calendar 4.0.7 and PRO 4.0.7, both the latest versions, so this shouldn’t be happening.
Did you recently update these plugins? If yes, has it been happening since that update? If yes, you might be able to try downgrading both of them to version 4.0.5, but really if both are at version 4.0.7 things shouldn’t be broken.
Please let me know how it goes for you.

MemberHi Ron. You posted in our Pre-Sales forum from a user account that doesn’t have any purchases associated with it.
We don’t answer support questions for Events core/free or PRO add-on in the Pre-Sales forum.
If you made your purchase(s) through a different user account, please login to that account and then post in one of the paid forums.
Thank you for your understanding and thank you for using our plugins.

MemberHi Joe. Sorry you’re experiencing this. I noticed console errors at your site, specifically something with this line in your page source:
<script type="text/javascript"> jQuery(document).bind("keydown", function(e) { if(e.ctrlKey && (e.which == 65 || e.which == 67 || e.which == 88 || e.which == 83 ||e.which == 85)) { e.preventDefault(); return false; } }); jQuery(document)on( "mousedown", function(event) { if(event.which=="3") { document.oncontextmenu = document.body.oncontextmenu = function() {return false;} } }); </script> <script language=JavaScript> ...Please resolve that issue.
If that doesn’t resolve it, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
