    Hi, Since update to event ticket plus – tickets are not getting sent to emails, whether by gmail or any other email. I’ve cleared cache, deactivated and reactivated event ticket and event ticket plus, events calendar – wootickets has been deactivated…I am seeing a blank area next to the ‘Tickets’ option at bottom of the screen under: ‘Woocommerce – Settings – Emails’..I cant send a screenshot, but here is a text copy and paste: (look specifically at the very last option: ‘Tickets’…there is nothing next to it, whereas the others have either ‘Customer’ or ‘[email protected]’ or ‘[email protected]

    Hi Sabatha. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

    The emails get sent by default WordPress functions. Are other WordPress emails getting sent (e.g. password reset, new user created, etc)?

    If those emails get sent but Event Tickets Plus do not, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this. (For example, you probably don’t need the Hello Dolly plugin active, not that it’s causing your issue.)

    Let us know what you find out.
