Hi, Since update to event ticket plus – tickets are not getting sent to emails, whether by gmail or any other email. I’ve cleared cache, deactivated and reactivated event ticket and event ticket plus, events calendar – wootickets has been deactivated…I am seeing a blank area next to the ‘Tickets’ option at bottom of the screen under: ‘Woocommerce – Settings – Emails’..I cant send a screenshot, but here is a text copy and paste: (look specifically at the very last option: ‘Tickets’…there is nothing next to it, whereas the others have either ‘Customer’ or ‘[email protected]’ or ‘[email protected]’
