Yan
ParticipantHi,
Continuing on this thread: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/pro-map-view-showing-only-3-events/ , I just got back to the development of this website and I would like to fix this issue.
Problem:
This view should show all events, but it’s somehow showing only 4 events: http://hash.events/events/map/
Displaying as a list works without problems: http://hash.events/events/list/I have the latest update of Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro.
The venues have the correct adresses. They are recognized in the google maps of the event’s page.
Example: the google map in this event page shows up well: http://hash.events/event/qapital-2016/2016-04-02/
But the event doesn’t show up in the http://hash.events/events/map/Please assists 😉 You can talk code

MemberHi Yan. Thanks for the helpful links and letting me know we can “talk code” 😉
On my local testing site (running latest versions of WP and all Modern Tribe plugins, all other plugins inactive, and using Twenty Fifteen theme), I created a new venue: http://cl.ly/0X0U2t1U2f2A — and it did assign it geocoordinates: http://cl.ly/0p3y2m0i0z0q
Then I assigned an upcoming event to be at that venue: http://cl.ly/0f42322K1e3Q — http://cl.ly/2O0u2q3b3M1H
Everything worked out just fine. Here’s the video: http://cl.ly/3e1I1o3R3c2W
I thought your issue was that your Map View wasn’t in the right time period to display that event, but I set your site’s Map View to April 2 (the date of your event), and it still didn’t make the map…
As such, the best I can do is suggest you make sure your database actually has the geocoordinates (like in my screenshot) and if that doesn’t solve it, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

ParticipantAfter following the Testing for Conflicts Guide, I managed to narrow down the issue, by uninstalling the Eventica Child Theme and reinstalling it from scratch.
However, there’s still an issue. The map view is fixed now : http://hash.events/events/map/ , all the events are here.
However when narrowing by Category, I get only a very little number of event. They are all categorised so they should appear.
I have reinstalled Eventica WP and the whole The Event Calendar Pro plugin from scratch to make sure it wasn’t my code. Unlucky, there’s no change.
Example: Event in BASS CATEGORY: http://hash.events/event/let-it-roll-open-air-2016/2016-07-28/
Map view of bass: http://hash.events/events/category/bass-music-drum-and-bass-dubstep/March 14, 2016 at 2:15 pm #1088788Cliff
MemberHi Yan. Thanks for the update. Per our Scope of Support / Terms, we do not provide support for non-default WordPress themes. If the issue persists with the Twenty Fifteen theme, for example, please let me know.

ParticipantHi Cliff,
reverting to TwentyFourteen / TweenFifteen doesn’t solve it.
Example: http://hash.events/event/emporium-festival-2016/2016-05-28/ should appear in this category: http://hash.events/events/category/hard-music-hardtechno-hardcore-hardstyle/
I have reinstalled the event calendar plugin from scratch and deactivated all the other plugins.

MemberNotice that http://hash.events/event/decibel-outdoor-festival-2016/2016-08-19/ (which does show up in http://hash.events/events/category/hard-music-hardtechno-hardcore-hardstyle/) has a map: http://cl.ly/1m3D0H0G2w3p
And that http://hash.events/event/emporium-festival-2016/2016-05-28/ is in the category, as desired, but its venue isn’t mapped: http://cl.ly/41231h1A0t3G
So you first need to get the map to appear at http://hash.events/event/emporium-festival-2016/2016-05-28/
I hope that helps.
