    Following up from this thread https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/facebook-import-times-out-when-many-pages/
    I just want to say that I am experiencing the same slowness, but no time outs yet.

    Obviously, we want to keep a record of which events we imported in the past, but it seems like the plugin is taking an action behind the scenes on every FB event it knows about.

    Just another anecdote that it can get really slow.

    Please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
