Can't increase Ticket Inventory

I’m running WooTickets with Events Calendar. I can’t increase the tickets in the inventory when editing from the web page. I click EDIT under the ticket and increase the number, then SAVE THIS TICKET. But it doesn’t add the ticket in. The inventory reverts back to the original number. I recently renewed the license and have updated all of the plugins. I need to increase the tickets. Can you help?

Hi. Sorry you’re having this issue.

Here are a few thoughts:

1)

WooTickets is a legacy product that works with The Events Calendar prior to v4.0.

Event Tickets Plus is our current ticketing plugin that works with WooCommerce and The Events Calendar v4.0 and later.

You said “when editing from the web page”… did you mean you were editing it in the wp-admin Event post editor?

3)

If you still haven’t figured out your specific issue yet, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
