Cliff
MemberThanks for that.
Here’s what’s in your Google Calendar link’s iCal text file that is getting imported for your “Test again” event (different event from your initial screenshot):
... BEGIN:VEVENT DTSTART:20160324T070000Z DTEND:20160324T080000Z DTSTAMP:20160322T180553Z UID:[email protected] CREATED:20160320T174413Z DESCRIPTION: LAST-MODIFIED:20160320T190259Z LOCATION:Tokyo\, Japan SEQUENCE:3 STATUS:CONFIRMED SUMMARY:Event in Tokyo time zone TRANSP:OPAQUE END:VEVENT ...I tested importing this event and it imported as an all-day event for me (which is incorrect).
I’ve passed this along to one of our developers and they think it’s related to an existing bug regarding time zone handling of imports.
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. If all goes according to plan, the fix will be in a near-term release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

MemberSteve, please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions:
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you. If it is, please open your own new thread and we’ll handle your issue specifically.
Thanks!

Adam, please let me know how things go for you.
Cliff
MemberThanks for the info, Gary.
I asked one of our developers and they weren’t able to replicate this. As such, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide — including renaming your ‘mu-plugins’ folder to deactivate any of those plugins if they exist — and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
Cliff
MemberGlad to hear. Please let me know how it turns out.

MemberAdam, if you have actually edited the core plugin files, ouch! That’s not the way to make customizations, as you’ve now realized.
If you’ve just used hooks (actions and filters), then updating should be much less painful.
If you did edit the actual plugin files, you might want to download a fresh copy of the version of our plugin you’re using (not our latest versions) and do a diff against the 2 copies (yours and a fresh version) to see what you’ve actually edited.
I hope all this info helps! 🙂
Cliff
MemberPaul, if you provide us details on the conflicts, we may have some insights. I just can’t guarantee it’ll be something we can or will fix. But we’re ok giving it a look if you want.
If needed, we have a pretty great Refund Policy.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
Cliff
MemberThanks for the info, but we avoid logging into users’ sites. Please provide the requested information if at all possible.

MemberHi Paul. Thanks for your detailed question.
I’ve logged this issue with our developers. I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.
The attendee information is best viewed when setup like this:
- add ticket to an event (new event or previously-created event)
- add attendee information to that ticket
- once saved, where you would edit the ticket, there’s a link to “Attendees”, which links to something like this:
http://example.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=tribe_events&page=tickets-attendees&event_id=154Then you can click “View details” for each attendee / in each row.
Please let me know if you need anything else!
