ParticipantHi,
We have already purchased The Events Calendar – WooCommerce Tickets and currently list events of clients who would like to sell tickets. We would like to open this up to the community so they can list and sell tickets themselves to promote their events. Do we need the WooCommerce plugin for this, in addition to the Community events, AND Community tickets plugins? Are you able to do a discount to buy the correct bundle for what we do need and remove/exchange the plugin that we don’t if it’s no longer needed? The Events Calendar WooCommerce plugin was purchased not too long ago.
Thanks.
Leanne

MemberHi Leanne. I’m glad to hear you’ll be growing your business in this way!
I see you have Event Tickets Plus, our paid add-on plugin that upgrades the functionality of our free Event Tickets plugin. (I assume we’re talking about ET+ and not our WooTickets legacy product.)
It sounds like you’re just missing our Community Events and Community Tickets plugins!
Check out our Bundles pricing — either Community Manager or Ultimate.
I hope this info helps. Please read each product page’s information, including clicking each one’s New User Primer links, and let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

ParticipantHi,
thanks for a speedy response! The plugins listed in my backend are called ‘The Events Calendar’ version 4.0.6 and ‘The Events Calendar – WooCommerce Tickets’ version 3.12.1.
Why would that be?I will take a look at the bundles and let you know if I have any more questions. Thank you.

MemberThanks for your patience during the time we were closed.
Your WooCommerce Tickets license expired December 22, 2015. Your license for Event Tickets Plus doesn’t expire until January 4, 2017 (1 year after your recent Renewal Order).
You’ll need to use our new Event Tickets plugin and, optionally, its paid add-on Event Tickets Plus. You can read more at Moving to Event Tickets Plus.
Please review these links and let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
Thanks!
