Looking for the data collected on the ticket type. Your site says “The attendee information collected with each ticket sale or RSVP will be displayed with on your event’s admin-side Attendees page.”

    Where is this page?

I created the ticket on an already existing post page. It does not have an event created for it.

Under Events>Settings>Tickets> I have Posts checked to allow tickets

On the Woo Commerce>Orders detail page, I see: _tribe_wooticket_attendee_optout: but there is no content below it.

So I can see the ticket is purchased, who it is for, but not the additional information:

Hi Paul. Thanks for your detailed question.

I’ve logged this issue with our developers. I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

The attendee information is best viewed when setup like this:

    1. add ticket to an event (new event or previously-created event)
    2. add attendee information to that ticket
    3. once saved, where you would edit the ticket, there’s a link to “Attendees”, which links to something like this:

    http://example.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=tribe_events&page=tickets-attendees&event_id=154

Then you can click “View details” for each attendee / in each row.

Please let me know if you need anything else!

Thank you. I was able to figure out how to get to the Attendee list from the event. I am still reporting that the Attendee Information is still coming through as empty.

While you are working on a fix, is there any other way to access this data? I would like to include the data in the new order email that is sent when a transaction is completed. How would I edit woocommerce/templates/emails/admin-new-order.php to include the fields from the Attendee Information?

Paul, at this time, I don’t have any good help for you on that customization request, but our Themer’s Guide might be what you’re looking for regarding customizing emails.

Please let me know how it goes for you.

    Thanks.

Is there any update from the ticket logged with the developers? I need to publish this event but I am roadblocked without this attendee information.

Paul, referring back to my March 21 reply above, I don’t understand which part of this is roadblocking you.

Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
