    Hi again.

Could you please try the debugging steps provided in my other reply (WP_DEBUG and Testing for Conflicts Guide)?

If that doesn’t work, please try changing your WordPress default language setting to English and see if it then works (create a new ticket fieldset and see if it then shows up in the search box like you’re trying to do).

If it does work for you in English but not your preferred language, please tell me what language you’re using and I can test to see if I can re-create the issue.

    Thanks!

Hi. Thanks for the screenshots to clarify what you’re referring to.

Would you mind enabling WP_DEBUG and sharing any PHP errors you see while navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket (e.g. after trying to create a new ticket in wp-admin)?

Once you share your WP_DEBUG findings, we may be able to get an idea of any plugin or theme conflicts.

If you don’t see any WP_DEBUG messages, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.

    Hi again, Erin.

The Venues filtering comes from this file: /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar-filterbar/src/Tribe/Filters/Venue.php

This is the part of that file that alpha-orders them: http://cl.ly/3z1j1Q0t3u0b

It’s not filterable so the answer is probably “no” unless you want to implement some custom JavaScript / jQuery to get them all and reorder them.

    Hi Erin.

The Time of Day filter comes from this file: /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar-filterbar/src/Tribe/Filters/Time_Of_Day.php

You could customize the wording via gettext hooks for these: http://cl.ly/3B3E2v2d2h24 (screenshot from the file mentioned above)

Please reference Change the wording of any bit of text or string and let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

    Hi Mason.

You could add some JavaScript / jQuery code to set the value of the ticket_provider radio input to Tribe__Tickets_Plus__Commerce__EDD__Main and some CSS to hide the field from display.

Please let me know how things go for you.

    Thanks!

P.S. You may want to reference https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/urgent-event-community-form-hidedisable-fields/#post-1095250 for a possible PHP solution.

And I’d encourage you to vote for this existing feature request.

Hi Jessica. Thanks for your question.

If you want to hide it for a specific Event, this checkbox exists when ET+ is active: http://cl.ly/2k1b003R0B0f

If checked, it adds the ‘_tribe_hide_attendees_list’ custom field (just FYI).

The tribe_tickets_plus_hide_attendees_list filter also exists to hide the Attendees List for a specific post or always. It’s located in this file if you want to reference the filter: /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/Tribe/Attendees_List.php

    I hope this helps!

    Hi. Thanks for the information.

I tried that URL in my local testing site’s iCal Importer and got the same result.

However, I tried importing my local testing site’s version of the URL you provided and it worked just fine.

As such, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide on your explorealex.com site and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.

    Hi Heather.

I’m not able to recreate the issue as you described it.

It could be that you have both recurring events and non-recurring events at the same Venues and only 1 of the events happening at a time gets displayed at the map marker. There is an existing feature request about this.

If that’s not your issue, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.

Hi Camilla. Sorry you’re having these difficulties.

You can delete The Events Calendar plugin via wp-admin without losing your data. Then you could re-install it via wp-admin.

    I hope this helps!

Hi Patrick. It should definitely work with our Personal license.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

There’s not a built-in way to do this.

You may want to ask your developer or reference our list of known customizers.

We’re limited in how much customization help we can provide, per our Scope of Support / Terms.

Out of curiosity, were you wanting the Featured Image as the background image or a different image?

    You’re welcome!

I tested this new link of yours and it’s not validating: http://cl.ly/45260i240X3n

Ali, each Event Single view has links to Google Calendar and iCal Export: http://cl.ly/3F380g1H072G

iCal Export can be used by Outlook users.

If desired, it is possible to remove the Google Calendar button if you don’t want to display it.

We do not have plans to add a dedicated Add to Outlook sort of link at this time, but it is an existing feature request that you could choose to add your vote to.

Thanks so much for testing free tickets and providing your system information.

I was able to recreate the issue with Shopp’s paid tickets and submitted the bug report.

I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I can’t speculate when it might be fixed. I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

Glad to help. Thanks a lot for your efforts too!

I can’t provide a target or guesstimated date. Sorry.

I don’t believe it’s part of this week’s planned Maintenance Release (i.e. bug fix release) so maybe in a couple more weeks? But I can’t be certain.

Of course, I hope it’s ASAP for you. If I hear of a code snippet to solve the issue earlier, I’ll let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding.
