ParticipantI am trying to use the following url: https://sharepointcalendars.ouhsd.k12.ca.us/achs.ics
This a school events calendar we are trying to bring over to the schools website. When I put the ical url to do 30min recurring imports I get the error that it is unable to retrieve content from the provided URL. We are currently using this same url with a different service for our District app.
The files are generated and stored on a different server from what our web server is one.
Please let me know if you have any questions that I should clarify.
Thank you

MemberHi Puneet. Thanks for your detailed question.
I put that URL in an iCal Validator and it did not validate: http://cl.ly/450g221C0I3D
Please resolve the issue at the source and then try to import via iCal Importer.

ParticipantThank you for the ical validator tool, this really helped us. We have made the updates and it validates. This is the new url we are using:
We moved it here and tested the url and it validates. However, we are still getting the error that it cannot retrieve content from provided url.
Any other thoughts?
Thank you!

ParticipantHello Cliff,
My apologies, our file was overwritten. We have the correct file at this url:

Please let me know if you run into any issues with this one.
Thank you

MemberThanks for the new iCal link and the link showing it validates.
I tried your new iCal link in the iCal Importer and didn’t get any error.
There were one or more releases since our last interaction. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
Thanks!

ParticipantI checked and made sure everything is up to date. WordPress 4.4.2, TEC 4.1.1, TEC iCal 4.1.1
Here is a screenshot of the error we are receiving: https://www.dropbox.com/s/lqrjuu3o9cxrkdd/Screenshot%202016-04-04%2009.31.27.png?dl=0

MemberThanks for the screenshot. I tried the https://ouhsd.share…b5b6b6d26b3f link and didn’t get the error you are.
Please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
