    Hi, the start with saved fieldset does not work for me.

    I have two fieldset but they do not appear when i wish to use them for new tickets.

    Hi again.

    Could you please try the debugging steps provided in my other reply (WP_DEBUG and Testing for Conflicts Guide)?

    If that doesn’t work, please try changing your WordPress default language setting to English and see if it then works (create a new ticket fieldset and see if it then shows up in the search box like you’re trying to do).

    If it does work for you in English but not your preferred language, please tell me what language you’re using and I can test to see if I can re-create the issue.
