Single site Events Calendar Pro over network activated The Events Calendar

We’re have The Events Calendar plugin network activated on a multisite installation of WordPress, and we want to use Events Calendar Pro on a single site within this multisite installation. All of the other questions/answers I’ve found involved either network activating both or activating both only on a single site. Is it possible to install and activate Events Calendar Pro on a single site when The Events Calendar is activated for the whole network?
