    Hi,

    I am using Events Ticket Plus but all the tickets that I create to a event are not visible on the backend and frontend

    The plugins are updated to the last version.

    I am running wordpress with Avada theme istalled.

    Hi. Thanks for the screenshots to clarify what you’re referring to.

    Would you mind enabling WP_DEBUG and sharing any PHP errors you see while navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket (e.g. after trying to create a new ticket in wp-admin)?

    Once you share your WP_DEBUG findings, we may be able to get an idea of any plugin or theme conflicts.

    If you don’t see any WP_DEBUG messages, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

    Let us know what you find out.
