I have both the Events Calendar Pro and the Events Tickets Plus. I noticed that sale after sale when I sell one unit from a limited number of units for an event, the Events Tickets Plus add on subtracts two units from the total available for each one sold unit.
Example:
Total available units: 6
Sold: 1
New Total available units: 4 (instead of 6)I use the Shopp plugin in conjunction with Events Tickets Plus. What is the fix for this?

MemberHi Ivan. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I just tested a Shopp ticket with the latest versions of WordPress, TEC, TEC PRO, ET, and ET+ and the remaining inventory worked just fine — I bought 1 ticket and inventory went from 10 to 9.
I tested with a free Shopp ticket. Could you please test if it works for you with a free Shopp ticket?
If not, could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and Shopp and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
Let us know what you find out.

MemberThanks so much for testing free tickets and providing your system information.
I was able to recreate the issue with Shopp’s paid tickets and submitted the bug report.
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I can’t speculate when it might be fixed. I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.
